Un ensemble très correct.
Pros:

Personnel très agréable, tout était très bien sans être parfait.

Cons:

Le nettoyage (tapis, poussière…) pourrait être un peu plus poussé. Insonorisation très faible, entre le train et les sirènes des ambulances, l’impression d’être dans la rue.

We generally liked the hotel; the staff were very nice; we should have asked earlier about the A/C.
Pros:

Bathroom was very clean. Kitchenette was very clean. Room was generally clean. Bed was comfortable. We liked that the hotel is fairly close to Tower Hill Underground station. Staff was nice. Liked that breakfast was available for an extra charge when we wanted it.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working properly in our room. It was not turned on, and when we tried to turn it on, the thermostat said "not applicable" so we incorrectly thought the hotel wasn't air conditioned because the hallway was also warm. We opened windows on warm nights, but because the area is noisy with public transportation, we did not sleep well on those nights. Found out too late in our stay that we should have had air conditioning. When we inquired, the hotel staff did promptly rectify the situation. Air conditioning should be functioning when guests arrive at room. Also, I think the hotel should get rid of all area rugs in the room. They aren't necessary and looked a little bit soiled. Sofa also had a stain.

Pros:

Sa localisation, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Machine expresso.

Cons:

La vue sur le train pour certaines chambre mais le bruit n est pas très dérangeant.
Le Check out a 10:00. Vraiment trop tôt et aucune flexibilité.

Ziemlich laut, da direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße / Kreuzung.

Pros:

Excelente localização, quarto bem equipado, eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente, atendimento excepcional do Caio, nossos sinceros agradecimentos a ele.

Cons:

Café da manhã ruim, poucas opções, não tem máquina de café, não tem leite quente, cama pequena, não tem cofre, limpeza feita a cada 3 dias.
