Really Comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything. Even the trains stopped running so you could sleep better.
I was on the 9th floor but may be different on the lower floors.
Nice large bathroom and shower.
Large wardrobe with robes provided
Short walk to the Tower Hill and Aldgate tube stations as well as the Tower of London.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

Just the couch at the end of the bed i'm tall but managed somewhat
Hotel sign could be bigger as missed it at first. For those reading its directly opposite The Goodmans field Wetherspoons.
Didn't see a safe in the room fir valuables.

Pros:

A szállásnak nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, sok tömegközlekedéssel a környéken, több látványosság is sétatávolságon belül van. A szállás mellett elmegy egy metró, az ablakok jól felfogják a hangot, de minimálisan azért be lehet hallani, számunkra ez nem volt zavaró. A szoba jól felszerelt volt, mindent megtaláltunk amire szükségünk volt. A személyzet segítőkész és kedves volt.

Cons:

A takarítást nem éreztem elég alaposnak, de ezt leszámítva elégedettek voltunk a szállással. :)

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Tower Bridge ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Am Abend des zweiten Tages wurden wir durch einen Zettel, der neben dem Lift angebracht war, und nicht vom Rezeptionisten, an dem wir vorher grüßend vorbeigingen, darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass besagter Lift nicht funktioniert. Das hieß für uns, nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag zu Fuß in den 9. Stock zu steigen! Der Lift wurde trotz Urgenz nicht bis zu unserer Abreise (3 Tage später) repariert. Unsere schweren Koffer (wir befanden uns auf einer Rundreise) wurden aufgrund unseres Verweigerns jedoch von einem Angestellten nach unten getragen. Das Frühstück war chaotisch und unorganisiert, z.B. es gab Kaffee, aber alle Tassen waren im Geschirrspüler! Das Personal war meist nett, aber hilflos.

I am fit and run every other day - nine floors was still horrendous multiple times per day!
Pros:

The hotel is well located and the room is spacious

Cons:

The biggest issue was that the lift was out of service for the 3 nights that we were there and we were on the 9th floor. We were on the 9th floor, which meant 18 flights of stairs - it was truly torture. I think it was because they couldn’t haul the hoover/cleaning equipment up to the 9th floor, but the room also was not cleaned nor did we get fresh towels (we eventually asked and had to carry them up ourselves) for the duration of our stay. Finally, breakfast was disastrous - not enough seating, cutlery, mugs, plates or food.

Great for some days London visit. Really clean and well equipped room. Just in the centre of London.
Pros:

The accommodation was great! The reception was pleasant, the entrance with a card was also good. The room was clean, well equipped, the air conditioning and WIFI worked well. The location is practically in the city center. The reservation, check-in and check-out were quick and without any problems.

Cons:

Less comfortable breakfast area. Small selection of food and poor coffee.
