Super apparthotel dans le centre de Londres
Pros:

Idéalement situé àdans un quartier calme à proximité des stations de métro Tower Hill et Aldgate. Chambre studio très confortable et propre. Cuisine ultra bien équipée : cafetière nespresso (capsules fournies), frigo, grille pain, micro ondes, four, lave vaisselle et machine à laver. Literie confortable, climatisation et chambre bien insonorisée. Nous étions au 8ème et dernier étage avec vue sur Tower Bridge. Nous n’avions pas pris le petit déjeuner proposé par l’hôtel mais grâce aux supérettes à proximité et l’équipement de la cuisine, on a pu le prendre dans la chambre.

Cons:

Le ménage n’a été fait qu’une seule fois pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Personnel poli mais sans plus.

Great location, clean spacious rooms but bad checkout time and some staff are rude

Some staff here amazing, some not quite. The lady running breakfast was rude and when I turned up for breakfast, I was told it was closed, even if all food and people were still eating.

A good stay in the center of London
Pros:

A beautiful, big and modern view with many windows and views on London streets. Very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen convenient for longer stays.

Cons:

A high charge per hour for earlier check in and later check out. While it is nice to have such an option, the charge was exorbitant.

Pros:

Perfect apartment with all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay. Reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Perfect location close by to the tower Bridge and excellent transport option.

Cons:

We had nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again

Locația, aproape de Tower Bridge și London Tower. 3 stații de metrou și magazin în apropiere. Și linii de autobuz.

Noisy and no water pressure
Pros:

Staff was helpful, friendly and always there. Room was spacious.

Cons:

The hotel failed to deliver the bare minimum requirements. The room was very noisy because of the train right outside and needs windows with better sound insulation. Additionally, the bedding was synthetic and poor quality, doesn't breathe well. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was very very poor. Due to this combination, I was unable to sleep well and couldn't shower nicely. Sadly it's tough to rate a hotel any higher when the basics are not met.

A very lovely place in a very lovely district
Pros:

It’s very close to Tower Bridge and Algate tube station. It’s got lovely coffee shops and pubs close by.

Cons:

Our coffee machine wasn’t working. Other than that, nothing! We’ll definitely be back!

Pros:

Location is only 5 minutes from Tower Bridge which is great for sightseeing.
Room was very spacious and air-conditioned which was great with temperatures over 30 during the time we stayed.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great, as it did not seem fresh. There are a lot of breakfast options nearby which are significantly better.

Muy agradable
Pros:

La habitación excelente con lavarropas , heladera etc, también con cafetera con capsulas y leche que nos daban. La pasamos bárbaro ya que estaba a tres cuadras de tower hill, la estación de subte y también del puente de la torre de Londres.

Cons:

Todo muy bien, capaz que el lugar para desayuno un poco chico pero uno se acomoda.
