Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Really impressed with this property. The room was very comfortable and well equipped and cleanliness to a high standard. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Fabulous location, very close to Tower Bridge an the Tower Of London.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was a little chaotic as it was set out in such a small space (on a bar top) and was not very warm.

Persönlich würde ich es weiterempfehlen und bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt auch noch mal buchen.
Pros:

Auf jeden Fall die Lage. Ein paar Minuten Fußmarsch zur Tower Bridge oder zur U-Bahn-Station Tower Hill. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist wirklich direkt gegenüber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der sechsten und eins in der siebten Etage. Im obersten Zimmer konnte man tatsächlich aus dem Fenster die Towerbridge sehen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber und wir empfanden die Betten als bequem. Man konnte alle Fenster öffnen bzw. kippen Die Zimmer waren hell, weil eine große Fensterfront vorhanden war. Wie bereits häufiger erwähnt, ist es etwas lauter. Tatsächlich haben uns Züge nicht weiter gestört, das was wir in unserem Zimmer gehört haben, war hauptsächlich der Straßenlärm. Das ist nun mal so, wenn man an einer Hauptstraße wohnt. Ich habe es am Ende nicht als störend empfunden, wir waren tatsächlich abends auch wirklich müde und konnten trotzdem gut schlafen. Das Frühstück haben wir dort nicht eingenommen, dazu können wir nichts sagen. Das Personal am Empfang war beim ein- und auschecken sehr freundlich und man hat sich dort wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Hier könnte man jetzt vielleicht den Straßenlärm oder den Lärm von den Bahnschienen nennen. Aber streng genommen kann die Unterkunft ja nichts dafür und man weiß das vorher.

Would 100% stay again but maybe skip breakfast next time
Pros:

Rooms and location were excellent and great value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great the food was cold and there were not enough seats, the staff were great though and very apologetic, It was a bank holiday so not sure if this was a one off.

Tágas, tiszta, jól felszerelt, szép apartman kiváló helyen. Udvarias személyzet.

Cons:

A szellőzés nem működött a fürdőszobában (508). A reggeli szegényes volt az angol reggelihez képest.

Pros:

Das Apartment war schön groß und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Pflegeprodukte waren gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet.

Die Ausstattung im Bad war sehr abgenutzt und teilweise etwas kaputt (Duscharmatur). Was uns gar nicht zugesagt hat, war das Frühstück. Es war sehr wenig Auswahl, was an sich nicht schlimm ist aber qualitativ war es nicht sehr hochwertig. Beispielsweise wurde Käse in der Plastikverpackung einfach hingelegt. Zudem war viel zu wenig Platz und es war ständig Gedränge am Buffet. Das Personal am Buffet war zudem immer ziemlich schlecht gelaunt.

Il letto è scomodo, anche i cuscini. Pulizia del bagno non bene, tappeto in camera sporco. Donne delle pulizie molto rumorose la mattina presto. Servizi non disponibili in reception come adattatore alla presa elettrica inglese, acqua, cibo.

Loved the accommodation, the location and would recommend
Pros:

The size of the room, the well equipped kitchen facilities and the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were large and having a bath robe was a great addition. Having a sofa was great too. We were on the 8th floor which was good and although we looked over the railway line we got used to the trains which were pretty regular and I’m sure wherever you stay in London there will be some form of noise as it’s such a busy city. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage after check out which was a great help. We would not hesitate to stay here again as it was the perfect location for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London with options of tube station to take us to wherever we needed to be.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The hot food on offer was not particularly good with some of it quite cold and inedible. The continental option was also very limited. There was only one two slice toaster which when a lot of people were having breakfast was not adequate. The area is small and can be chaotic when busy. Saying that, we did manage to have cereal and toast and some fruit and yogurt so it was ok. We would definitely stay again but would not have the breakfast option as we felt we could have taken advantage of the kitchen facilities and could have had our own in our room.
