Cons:

I stayed at the hotel for four nights at the beginning of July. On the last day, I noticed that there were bedbugs in my room. I contacted the reception and Booking.com, however after many hours of waiting I didn’t receive any solution - neither relocation to another room nor another facility. After a few days of leaving the property bedbugs bites started appearing all over my body. Currently both Booking.com and I are contacting the hotel to request a refund but they are not replying to any emails

Comfortable, convenient and highly recommended.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Rockwell East Apartments for three nights. The apartment was clean comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore London. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We had no negative comments.
