Udany pobyt w dobrym miejscu.
Pros:

Przestronne, czyte i bardzo dobrze wyposażone studio. W centrum miasta, blisko do stacji metra i przystanków autobusowych. Obsługa hotelowa uprzejma i pomocna.

Cons:

Wszystko było ok.

Pros:

Great location and big rooms with good facilities, especially if you would like to prepare food

Cons:

I missed an ironing board, for which there would have been more than enough space. Of course you could ask for this at the reception, but i would have preferred it to be in the room already. I also generally dislike rainshowers, which this hotel does have.

Pros:

Questo aparthotel si trova in una posizione strategica. Vicinissimo a Tower Bridge e comodo dalla fermata di Tower Hill e non solo. Sin da subito abbiamo avuto prova della qualità della struttura e della disponibilità dei dipendenti. Ci hanno accolto benissimo e hanno custodito sia prima del Check-in che dopo il Check-Out. All'interno della camera avevamo a disposizione: forno, microonde, tosta pane, bollitore, lavatrice, , frigo, caffettiera nespresso e asciugacapelli e tutto davvero nuovo. Consiglierei assolutamente questa struttura ad amici.

Cons:

Se dovessi cercare il pelo nell'uovo, per chi come noi è abituato ad una colazione dolce, la scelta non è sicuramente vasta, mentre buona è la scelta dei cibi salati. La sala utilizzata per la colazione non è una sala adatta a questo scopo, dovessi tornare opterei per una soluzione senza colazione inclusa e con la differenza mi organizzerei la colazione in camera in maniera autonoma avendo tutto a disposizione.

Cons:

L'unica pecca erano i cuscini del letto: troppo bassi e si spostava l'imbottitura all'interno.

Buen hotel, mala experiencia ya sea por Booking o por la mala gestión del hotel

Ubicación, personal del desayuno y amplitud de la habitación.

He tenido un problema y no sé realmente si la culpa es de booking o del establecimiento. Yo hice dos reservas; una que cancelé y después otra que era la correcta. Al llegar al establecimiento me dijeron que tenía dos habitaciones, es decir,, dos reservas. Les dije que no, que yo solo tenía una porque la otra la cancelé. Me dijeron que ok, que entonces se me haría la devolución.
Al hacer el check out, vi a un chico en recepción que parecía el responsable y le comenté lo que pasó. Al revisarlo, me dijo que tenían 3 reservas a mi nombre, dos activas y una cancelada. Y que ellos no me podían hacer la devolución aunque yo solo hubiera hecho de 1 habitación. Entonces, por qué el día del check in las chicas de recepción no me avisaron de esto? Por qué no lo revisaron al detalle como hizo el responsable el día del check out?
Booking me dice que si hay una reserva duplicada, el establecimiento tiene que avisar a booking y confirmar con el cliente (yo) que no se trata de ningún error. Eso nunca lo hicieron. Una pena la verdad, espero que Booking o el establecimiento acepte su error y lo solucionen.

Posizione ottima (a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Tower Hill e 4 minuti a piedi da Tower Bridge). Camera ampia con tutti i confort (cucina, macchina del caffè con cialde, bollitore con the e camomille), bagno dotato di shampoo, sapone, accappatoio. Deposito bagagli gratuito sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out con reception aperta h24

Wonderful stay, easy access and very well communicated
Pros:

The location is superb, close to several underground and overground stations. Tower Bridge / Tower of London, 5 min walk. I though it was only a room, but they gave me a small apartament with enough space even for workout.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved, but that's not a big issue.

Great accommodation in a great location
Pros:

Ideally located close to Tower Hill tube station and Tower Gateway DLR, making it very easy to get around.
The room itself was a great size and well equipped. The staff were very helpful at all times.
