Super clean and tidy, had everything that was needed and close to all the main parts. Very well stay!
Absolutely gorgeous in a wonderful location and well looked after, felt homely and were welcomed by the owners, easy to find and close to all the good spots in town
Cleanliness. Proximity to amenities / Lawson and 7-11 are 5 minutes away. The Kiyoshi drugstore is just around the corner so you can get your toiletries and meds there. Location was walkable to many eateries. Staff on call were very responsive and helpful. The entire apartment was beyond our expectations. Bathroom was clean. Bedroom was neat. Full kitchen appliances.
The apartment has stairs to the main living area so if you have heavier luggage, hauling them up and down is quite a feat. Pillows in the bedroom are flat and hard ( suggest to bring your own or buy if you prefer standard type of pillows. Shin-Okuba Subway is 8 -10 minutes walk if you need a direct train ride to Shinjuku Station.
Clean, modern, room is big compared to other rooms at this price range in Tokyo. Staff was very responsive and helpful, washing machine/ drier was a huge plus.
This is not an issue but you just need to be aware that it is not close to main train line, there is a smaller subway line close by, the F line that can get you to main stations.

The room was clean and a lovely place to spend a few days in Tokyo. I usually stay in the Shinjuku area in a hotel and this was a really nice change of pace and scenery. Location is great being close to Higashi-Shinjuku metro station and a short walk to Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations. Having a washing machine is a great help as I like to travel light - much easier than dealing with a shared machine in a hotel!

The kitchen was a little bit under stocked (tea towels would have been nice).
The location was wonderful! Close enough to Shinjuku to walk to the main Shinjuku Station or take a metro to the stop that was less than a 5 minute walk to the unit.
Felt very safe in the area with my teen boys and found it convenient to get food, snacks, and medicine when needed.
The unit felt very modern in the living room/dining area. It was a little different with the toilet being on a separate floor than the shower.
Although stairs are shown in the listing photos, I would like to mention there are stairs from the front door of the unit to the main floor (the entrance floor is simply the entrance and a place to put shoes). Then there is another set of stairs to get to the bedroom. The beds were quite comfortable along with the bedding, but would have loved the option of different pillows if possible from the Asian style ones.
The shower was spacious and nice and hot which was wonderful after walking around Tokyo all day in the winter. The washer and dryer were so great to have- Thank you!!
We had all the comforts of home and with my family of 4, it did not feel cramped at all. I also loved the keyless door entry so my family could split up and enter easily on their own.
A few extra towels never hurts, maybe a couple wash clothes and like I mentioned another pillow choice if possible. I understand that is asking a lot!

Pristine property with plenty of amenities. Modern as advertised. Super centrally located in Korea-town with nearby metro and slightly less but still nearby overground rail. Extraordinarily comfortable and quiet vibe.
The bed and blanket are a deal breaker for 2 or more, barely fitting one male. Additionally it is priced exceptionally higher than alternatives in Tokyo.
Android tablet to communicate with remote staff feels like a security risk at best.
Small but has everything you need and is perfectly located to enjoy everything Shinjuku has to offer without the noise!
The design is very smart, and very clean - would highly recommend!
We loved everything but we would have loved to have a little more hair/face products made available (there was no conditioner, and even single use packs for makeup removal, toner etc. that you would find at most hotels in Japan would be a nice touch).

Les volets laissent passer la lumière mais c’est léger (j’ai le sommeil assez léger mais sinon tout ira bien pour vous)
J’ai demandé un fer à repasser mais par mesure de sécurité ils n’en fournissent pas, j’ai donc conseillé de mettre un steamer (plus safe) pour les prochain locataires et elle a pris en compte la demande donc c’est vraiment cool!
