Cons:

The experience of my guest at this property was disappointing. The check-in process was difficult, and the reception staff seemed unfamiliar with handling online bookings. My guest also had trouble checking in because the room PIN provided was incorrect. Additionally, some of the for-sale food items in the room had already expired. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

Good for a short stay, but mattress has to leave the plastic !
Pros:

Good located, nice view, good for a short stay for 2 - 3 days, elevator brings quick to the 8th floor.

Cons:

Maybe it wasn’t so clean as we asked for an early check-in, but some of the cobwebby seems old. Also dried gluing leftovers on the kitchen-worktop are not nice.
But the absolute “No-go” is the mattress of the bed, … two times covered in plastic… so even if you use the good working air-condition on the maximum, you still will sweat on that plastic-bed.
It should be a room to stay and sleep well, not a hospital-bed.
So maybe to invest every 2-4 years in a new mattress would make more sense than let all visitors sweat all night ?
BTW, a dish towel would help to use the kitchen better.
