Pros:

It's a low-rise Korean-style hotel. I got one facing the water and it was a very nice view from the balcony the staff is nice and polite and the room was very clean.

It was pretty much comfortable staying. I wish the mattress was little bit more thick it means higher and so could feel more cushion. Except that everything was ok. I could go back.

속초에서 3박 머물기에 부족함이없는호텔! 생수제공부터 조식 수건 런드리룸 까지 잘 갖춰있어 흠잡을곳 없는곳 주변이 도심이라 노래소리가 큰데 베란다 문이 이중이라 닫으면 소음이 하나도안들려요
후기에 직원이불친절하지만 숙소가 깔끔하다고 해서 예약했었는데 저녁시간쯤 체크인할때 계셨던 남자 직원분 포함해서 낮에계시는분 모두 친절했습니다^^

가족여행 커플여행 다 좋은 호텔 같아요!

성인 네명 가족여행으로 방 2개 예약해서 다녀왔어요!

다른 호텔들은 방 2개 하려면 비용 부담이 꽤 됐었는데, 여긴 가격이 정말 합리적이라 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ 내부를 새로 다 리모델링 해서 그런지 전체적인 호텔 내부 분위기와 인테리어, 가구들이 새 호텔같이 밝고 깔끔해요! 방도 넓고, 룸 컨디션도 정말 좋았습니다. 속초여행 또 온다면 여기서 머물고 싶습니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 방사이즈도 넓어서 좋았어요- 4인으로 예약하고 갔는데 2인추가요금을 요청하셔서 당황하긴했는데 가족이냐고 물어보셔서 두번당황하셨다고하네요. 시설에 대해서는 전체적으로 다 만족스러우셨던거같습니다

알바생 서비스 빼고 다좋음
Pros:

건물 깨끗 룸상태 좋고 침대 베개도 푹신 다 좋았는데 알바생으로 보이는 안경쓴 젊은 남자직원 서비스가 불친절해서 별하나 뺐어요
수건 더 달라고하니 냅다 방번호부터 물어보고 쳐다보지도 않고 수건이 없다며.. 내일 아침에 다시 물어보시던가 라는 답변은 직원교육이 전혀 안되신듯요
담날 아침에 체크아웃해주신 나이있으신 남자분은 친절했어요
그점빼고는 호텔시설 자체와 위치는 만족스러웠습니다
