A acomodação é bonita, limpa, organizada e aconchegante!
Pros:

Acomodação excelente, a não ser por alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados, como a maçaneta da porta do banheiro que estava solta e o filtro de café que é muito pequeno.

Ótima estadia de 9 dias em excelente localização em Vitória
Pros:

Flat muito bonito, moderno, bem localizado e limpo. Os anfitriões são super solícitos, atentos, respondem rápido e ajudam bastante. O check-in é rápido, o prédio tem portaria 24h, biometria facial, super seguro. O apartamento tem um ar condicionado que funciona muito bem, gela rápido. É equipado com filtro de água, air fryer, microondas, cooktop de marcas boas. Roupa de cama de boa qualidade. Varanda e varal de chão ajudam a secar roupas de praia. Há também mercado e lavanderia nas dependências do prédio. A internet do apartamento funciona super bem e é veloz. A localização é boa, de frente pra praia do Camburi, calçadão e várias vezes fomos andando até o Triângulo das Bermudas

Cons:

Não é culpa do do apartamento. Mas está localizado no 1º andar e de frente pro portão da garagem do prédio. Tal portão está mal lubrificado e faz barulho a cada abertura e fechamento. Assim, é possível ouvir o dia todo o portão abrindo e fechando para entrada de veículos. Talvez a administração do prédio pudesse consertar o ruído do portão.

Construction Noise for Two Days – No Prior Notice or Acknowledgment

Cons:

Even though I was in contact with Alessandro before reserving the flat, he failed to inform me that the adjacent property (also under his management) was undergoing refurbishment. As a result, I had to cancel client virtual meetings on two consecutive days due to the construction noise. I find this omission a sign of poor faith. Regardless of whether the building allows such work during business hours, I should have been informed in advance. The inconvenience caused was not even acknowledged.
Additionally, two lower cupboards—one of them under the sink—had a strong unpleasant smell and were not properly cleaned. I shared this feedback, but received no response. Very disappointing.
