The location is excellent and right in the middle of all the main bars and restaurants. But the good thing is you don’t get the noise of the bars etc as the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood.
The pool is shred by the other apartments it is usually quiet and you have it to yourself. It is quite deep and well worth a visit to cool down.
Rooftop terrace of the apartment is well appointed and it is where you will spend most of your time on the loungers and outdoor table.
Lots of towels provided and we had a linen / towel change on day five of our stay. The lady who popped in to service the apartment was lovely and helpful.
A few things niggled . It would have been a nice touch to have a small welcome pack with basics like coffee and tea bags to keep you going on arrival until you sort out where the shops are. The TV is a challenge as it is complex and most of the Chanel’s need a login ,, basic uk tv services like itv and bbc would have been enough but we couldn’t find these and eventually gave up. The rooms don’t have windows and as the penthouse is in the eaves the ceilings are sloped , means you have to limbo to access the storage in the roof space.

Wonderful place for a holiday in Tenerife. Modern, impeccably clean apartments with a very calm adults-only atmosphere and a perfect location – everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, and shops. The apartments are spacious, stylish, with a very comfortable bed and a great terrace. The whole property feels cozy, well maintained, and truly premium.
A huge advantage is the administrator’s communication and helpfulness. Communication was fast, clear, and highly professional, all questions were answered quickly, and the entire stay process was smooth and convenient. It’s rare to experience such genuine care for guests.
A perfect choice for couples or anyone looking for peaceful, high-quality relaxation without noise or crowds. One of the best places we have stayed in Tenerife – definitely a place we would love to return to.

Peccato che non sia incluso il servizio di room service tutti i giorni considerando che il soggiorno costi 230€ a notte. Forse a queste cifre meglio un hotel però ad un prezzo inferiore consiglio assolutamente questa struttura
The location is perfect, everything is very clean and silent. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The sea view is amazing. There are great commodities, everything is new and in great condition. Easy check-in. I would be glad to return to this place.
The bathroom doesn't have a window. There was a small leak in the shower enclosure, but it is easy to fix with some silicone.
The property was exceptional from arrival. The apartment was immaculate. Location is great. Change of towels/bedding on 3rd day (unusual for self catering & very welcomed). Couldn’t fault this property.
