Ottima posizione per divertirsi la notte e andare a mare di giorno
Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera ben fatta e pulita.

Cons:

Peccato che non sia incluso il servizio di room service tutti i giorni considerando che il soggiorno costi 230€ a notte. Forse a queste cifre meglio un hotel però ad un prezzo inferiore consiglio assolutamente questa struttura

Well located spacious and comfortable apartment
Pros:

The location is perfect, everything is very clean and silent. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The sea view is amazing. There are great commodities, everything is new and in great condition. Easy check-in. I would be glad to return to this place.

Cons:

The bathroom doesn't have a window. There was a small leak in the shower enclosure, but it is easy to fix with some silicone.

Pros:

The property was exceptional from arrival. The apartment was immaculate. Location is great. Change of towels/bedding on 3rd day (unusual for self catering & very welcomed). Couldn’t fault this property.

We both loved it
Pros:

The location was really central, the apartment was just what we wanted and hoped for. Swimming pool small but totally adequate. The manager Yuri was a super help from the start to finish.

La posizione

Cons:

L’assistenza da parte dell’host è stata praticamente inesistente. Per quattro giorni ci sono stati lasciati soltanto due rotoli di carta igienica, un quantitativo assolutamente insufficiente.

Il bagno è privo di porta, quindi non c’è alcuna privacy. Inoltre, la porta della doccia ha la guarnizione rotta e rimane aperta durante l’utilizzo, causando l’allagamento completo del bagno ogni volta che si fa la doccia.

Una sera la cassaforte ha smesso di aprirsi, nonostante avessimo utilizzato lo stesso codice per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Abbiamo contattato il proprietario, che senza particolare urgenza ci ha risposto che sarebbe passato la mattina seguente. Siamo quindi dovute uscire la sera senza soldi e senza i nostri oggetti personali, situazione decisamente spiacevole.

Sul terrazzo sono presenti dei tubi che sporgono dal pavimento, con il concreto rischio di inciampare e farsi male.

Abbiamo inoltre richiesto un cambio lenzuola a pagamento, ma ci è stato rifiutato perché – a detta del proprietario – è possibile effettuarlo solo dopo 7 giorni. Una politica che trovo davvero incomprensibile.

Gestisco personalmente 40 strutture ricettive e non ho mai offerto un livello di servizio così basso ai miei clienti. Siamo rimaste sinceramente molto deluse dall’esperienza.

A little gem of a place!
Pros:

Excellent location - 2 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants, car hire, gym (Alpha Gym), pharmacy - pretty much everything. 5 minute walk to bus stop outside Hotel Columbus for buses everywhere. 10 minute walk to golden mile.
Spotless and clean.
Very quiet cul-de-sac but in the heart of everything. You cannot hear a thing at night other than the odd door closing in other apartments or people going to their rooms. It is only a small complex of 12 apartments so it just sounds like there are people in other rooms in your own home.
Comfortable beds.
Great bathroom, large walk in shower, his and her sinks.
Lighting is great - not the usual dim lighting you sometimes find in places.
Plenty of sockets including next to the bed.
Plenty of storage space for things.
Huge balcony with furniture. Room 202 gets sun from mid-day to sunset. There is a sea view at the front and Mount Teide at the side.
Housekeeping are great. Bedding and towels changed every few days. No cleaning but there is a hoover and mop with bucket for use. These are self catering apartments. Everything you need.
Staff great to communicate with from checking in/out as well as on hand to help with any enquiries.
Washing machine downstairs.
Streaming apps on TV.
Felt safe and secure.
Adults only.
Luggage room if needed.
Small library if needed.

Cons:

Nothing so my comments are being nit picky - limited English channels on TV but only because we were staying over a month.
The sunbeds round the pool weren't the most comfortable to lie on so we didn't go to the pool a great deal. We enjoyed the balcony terrace more for the views.
Totally self catering so remember to bring T-towel and expect to buy cleaning products and other provisions as you would at home.
