Lovely country lovely people
Pros:

Love the people in Cambodia very friendly very helpful staff. Chan the manager found the book that I had left in my room and sent it to me. No charge all the way back down to Saigon thank you Chan. You’re amazing.

Will stay again
Pros:

- A young and helpful team
- The restaurant is sooooo good and they make good cocktails
- The pool area is quiet and very relaxing
- The room is big enough and the bedding was hard, which was okay for me
- Easy to go around the city, ideally located
- Extremely good value for the quality
- The breakfast isn’t a buffet, you have to choose between 4 sets, with both Asian and western options.

Great place to stay & relax
Pros:

A bored the biggest double room with am amazing bath & the bed was very comfortable.
As well The swimming pool & the food served at very cheap prices was delicious.

Daa Bad: die Dusche war einfach eine Abtrennung der Toilette durch einen Vorhang. Dadurch war das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser.

Le professionnalisme du manager. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double : il s'est arrangé pour nous en trouvée une. TOP
La piscine est Top et ensoleillée.
Bonne situation géographique.

Cons:

La jeune fille a la réception nous a d'abord fait régler la chambre avant de nous dire que celle-ci était en lits jumeaux alors que notre réservation avait été faite en lit double. Elle ne voulait pas nous rembourser. Sans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du manager nous n'aurions pas eu une chambre lit double. Encore merci au manager.
Le lendemain coupure d'eau sans être prévenu. Nous descendons à la réception et la jeune fille nous propose de prendre une douche dans une autre chambre. Ce que nous faisons et à nouveau coupure d'eau alors que cette fois ci nous sommes plein de savon..... Si je peux comprendre une coupure d'eau, je trouve inadmissible pour un tel établissement de le faire sans en informer ses clients et en proposant une solution qui n'en est pas une !!!!!
Toujours la même jeune fille que pour le check-in. La compétence du personnel est à revoir.
Nous avons également loué un scooter par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel : une catastrophe. Le premier scooter n'avait aucun frein et le deuxième juste un peu mais clignotant déboité ..... Le mieux est de passer par un loueur extérieur. Il y en a plein a proximité

Definitely will return again
Pros:

The staff of the hotel really where amazing including,Thib,Sela,Vichea & Brathna.
The pool was clean & quiet & the food at the restaurant was really tasty with reasonable prices

Cons:

The T.V. doesn't work & no safe in the room

Отличный отель. Бассейн очень выручает в дневную жару☺️ Хорошее расположение. Все что надо в пешей доступности)
Отзывчивый персонал. Разрешили оставить чемоданы до заселения и после. При этом пользоваться бассейном на територии. За что огромное спасибо!!!

Our favourite hotel in SEA
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful and some of the most helpful, friendly and welcoming people we've met in our 4 months of travelling in Asia. Liza, Houy, Seouy and the rest of the team spoke English brilliantly and were always eager to help with information and bus ticket bookings.
The room was big, light and clean, with excellent AC and a good shower. It was quiet at night as it is on a side street away from the main areas but a short tuk tuk ride into town(use the pass app) costs around a dollar. We loved the swimming pool and the burger/beer deal at the attached restaurant. We initially book for 3 nights but extended to 6. We can't fault it and we are gutted to be leaving!

Parfait. Tout était bien.
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Au calme. Chouette piscine . Personnel très gentil et arrangeant. Nous avions demandé à changer de chambre pour aller à l’étage.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de jus de frais au petit déjeuner. Et d’autres thés que le thé noir .
