Important information:

The wellness center facilities, salt water pool, massages and treatments come at extra charge. Treatments and massages should be booked in advance.

The wellness center is open between 3pm to 7pm . On public holiday the time opening can be also in the morning, please verify with the SPA reception.

During cold season the swimming pool is covered and heated and daily entrance per person is 10 euro supplement .

Please note, pets cannot access the restaurant, bar, pool and spa.

When booking half board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Non è la prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel di solito anche la camera molto bella ma stavolta ci hanno assegnato una camera che si è no poteva andar bene per un hotel a 2 stelle con letti molto scomodi e una doccia che alternava acqua fredda e bollente praticamente impossibile farla

Hotel in centro, bel servizio spa. Colazione buona e personale gentile.

Cons:

Alloggiati nella parte vecchia (ex hotel Cristallo) raggiungibile solo tramite un corridoio pieno di scalini che con una bambina di 2 anni + passeggino + borse è un macello.
La struttura vecchia è in parte ristrutturata, ma meriterebbe una mano di lavori.

Giornata di passaggio a Montecatini Terme
Pros:

Stanze ampie, letti comodi, colazione molto buona e vasta scelta. Staff Gentile, ma occhio all'emissione delle fatture, con me si erano sbagliati in difetto, ma io onestamente ho ricordato loro che dovevo pagare anche la quota del parcheggio. Per il resto tutto bene.

Cons:

Area piscina piccola con poca varietà (tra l'altro non inclusa se si prenota con Booking.com ma si paga un supplemento di 10€ a persona). Parcheggio a pagamento, anche sulla strada, e se ti fanno il ticket in Hotel si tengono anche una commissione sul parcheggio. Centro urbano molto spoglio e desolato, posto davvero poco rassicurante. Non penso che ritornerò a Montecatini Terme in generale al di là della struttura.
