Pros:

Très bon séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider. Le rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Marrakech

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée et le personnel a fait preuve de professionnalisme tout au long du séjour. La chambre était propre et agréable les espaces communs bien entretenus. Je recommande cet établissement pour un séjour confortable à Marrakech

Séjour agréable grace à un personnel très compétent et sympa en général.
Pros:

La terrasse et la literie étaient très agréables.

Cons:

L'accueil est moyen le soir d'arrivée et problèmes avec Booking pour le taxi Aller de l'aéroport à l' hotel IBIS.

Hotel vétuste, je ne le recommanderais à personne.
Pros:

La chambre était propre, le personnel à l'accueil est souriant et efficace mais ça s'arrête là.

Cons:

Absence de tables de chevet, elles étaient arrachées. La porte de la sdb ne se fermait pas, la poignée était cassée et le bois gonflé. Pas de prises du côté du lit. L'hotel doit être rénové au plus vite car son état est catastrophique.
