A very beautiful, traditional old hotel with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful spaces. Although it is a little dated, it would only need some renovation and improvements to bring it back to its full potential.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the gardens and swimming pool are beautiful. The location is excellent—literally right next to the railway station and in the heart of Marrakech. A great place to stay for experiencing the city.
There are old, torn carpets in some areas of the corridors, which really need replacing. The breakfast was very poor and could definitely be improved.
During guests’ visits, cleaners were sometimes wiping the floors, which could create a slipping hazard. The cleaners were clearly doing their best, but the hotel itself doesn’t really need more cleaning—it needs renovation and updating.
Overall, it is a beautiful traditional hotel with great potential, but some areas are quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and reception staff went above and beyond to help us after a cancelled flight and last minute check in. Shower was decent and breakfast was ok. If you want a busy area location was good. Issues with room but changed our room immediately.
Noisy as next to main road. Needs a redecorate and better cleaners and more drink options. Overall good value for the cheap price

The bathroom door in our room wasn't working. It was always open, it's good we were sisters but gives us the impression that it's not well maintained.
