Afgeleefd hotel: behangpapier hangt los aan de muur, overal schimmel in de badkamer van de toiletbril tot aan de deur. Ontbijt zogezegd tot 10u maar om 9u30 krijg je te horen dat het te laat is voor een eitje en wat koude restjes over blijven

Horrible experince in this hotel

Cons:

The hotel lobby is currently undergoing renovations, but we were not informed about this when we made our booking. There is a strong smell of paint in the lobby, and the overall appearance of the hotel is quite unappealing. We attempted to cancel our reservation on the spot and requested a refund, but the hotel staff informed us that our reservation was non-refundable. This has created a very challenging situation for us.

On the second day of our stay, we returned to the hotel around 11 PM after a day of sightseeing, only to find that our room had not been cleaned, despite us informing the receptionist earlier. After we raised our complaint, the housekeeper eventually cleaned the room, but by then, we were eager to rest.

During check-in, the receptionist told us that breakfast would be served from 6 to 11 AM. However, this information was incorrect. On the second day, at 8:15 AM, the receptionist called our room to inform us that breakfast would end at 9 AM that day, while my children were still asleep. I had to wake them up in a hurry to ensure we wouldn't miss breakfast. When we reached the restaurant, we found that most of the breakfast items were nearly gone. I requested some bread, but we had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to go buy it from a nearby bakery. Overall, this hotel experience has been quite strange.

Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the family room (Room 102) is not working.

I tried to speak with the general manager, but the receptionist said he is not always at the hotel.

It was my second time staying in this hotel. It is near small store like Kmart, IndoMaret & AlfaMaret. During the evening time, there were small warong for eat alone side with the hotel. The hotel staff were so friendly.
