This is a house of noise - loud dogs surrounding it . Ferryport to Romblon 4 min away from it
Pros:

The owner hadn`t been there since I arrived - and no other guests either, so I had the house to myself - as if it was mine.
The only good thing about this address is the location. The room is ok for 1 night max .
I stayed 4 nights and I guess that's why I got the only room with my own bathroom and toilet.
My rtoom ( #2 ) room was located at the back of the house (not on the side where the street is), see 19 attached pictures.
Wee-Fee was very good. The neighbor who takes care of the house speaks better English than the woman, she has no idea.

Cons:

There is no sleeping here - 3 dogs at the front, 1 small one at the back of the house. It's unbelievable how much they bark, they can't let 1 hour pass without barking. In the evening they bark on everyone who is passing the street - horror! Since there is no owner,( wherever he is), his neighbor and his wife take care of the house and the guests who come. I think they are also in charge of cleaning because they are the only ones who constantly enter the house. I had the feeling that my bed linen had not even been changed since the last guest because there were some stains on it (see pictures). Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to complain to anyone in that sense.The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you could need. Unfortunately, it is full of ants, the ants rule it and the cooking area ( separate room outside ) is terribly dirty. The sink in my bathroom was very dirty, as was the mirror and the glass stand for the cosmetic bag.

Awesome place to stay in San Agustin
Pros:

Vicente was an awesome friendly host. The room was very comfortable. The location is right in town and walking distance to the ferry terminal. Much enjoyed our overnight stay

Cons:

Nothing to do with the accommodation but getting a ferry to Romblon was a giant pain in the ass...ha ha ha

Pros:

.Simple but comfortable, perfect access to the ferry port. The owner was extremely helful and showed us the town and helped us arrange our ferry.

Pros:

The room was nice,WiFi worked great and the owner was very accommodating, nice balcony.
1 block from the ferry to Romblon.

Cons:

Construction all night at the next door building,dogs barking so bring earplugs.
