Pros:

colazione ottima piscina non grandissima ma bella attorniata dal verde abbiamo cenato una sera e ci è piaciuto moltissimo

Diner pas mal, mais pas si gourmet que cela. Bon, mais banal. Petit déjeuner banal.
Accueil lamentable en dehors des horaires. Certes, les coupures sont absolument nécessaires, mais cela n'implique pas un certain menfoutisme (abandon de la clientèle sur le parking devant une porte fermée). Dommage pour un établissement qui se veut exceptionel (hotel de charme) qu'il n'ai pas prévu de solutions pour faire face.

The staff are very kind and supportive.
We stayed the hotel for 3 nights 4 days with 6 years old boy and 6 months baby.
We arrived at the hotel a bit late due to long drive with heavy trafic. They called my cell to ensure we are alright and to confirm our estimated arrival time. They welcomed us with big smiles when we arrived there. They explained necessary information for stay in English as I am not good at French.
They were greeting us every time at meeting us with smiling.
We had a dinner on one of the nights at the restaurant of the hotel. We recommend the restaurant for making a nice time with authentic delicious dinner and wine from Chateauneuf du pape.
The garden is also our recommend. We stayed there in autumn season so could not have a refluxing time in the pool but we would come back in summer time for it.

Het personeel. Gastvrij. Attent. Deskundig. Het restaurant is uitstekend! Uitgebreide wijnkaart, voortreffelijk eten.

Cons:

De eenpersoonskamer was wat krap voor een reiziger met een forse koffer. Verder niets dan lof.

Pros:

Very pleasant spot near Chateuxneuf de Papes, but no good if you don't have a car. The breakfast was good, excellent off road parking.

Cons:

Bathtub used for showering was narrow and slippery and very dangerous (one of us fell and injured themselves). Ask for a room with a shower not a bath! Some staff spoke no English as a second language, that's fine its France after all, but the instructions for access to the hotel were complex and confusing and the staff member's response was to simply shout louder when we didn't understand her. Please provide full instructions in at least English for these staff members.
