No shampoo, soap, hotel staff, hotel policies do not analyze the customer, this causes problems for the customer, the hotel is not that good, but the money is too much.Much better hotels can be found for less money than this

Unhelpful and rude staff
Pros:

Nothing, staff were rude and unhelpful. We were turned away at midnight with a confirmed booking. We were told they had a “first come first serve rule”, which is completely unacceptable and unfair when we had a CONFIRMED booking and were given zero warning before coming to the hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you want to arrive and get turned away.
