Cons:

We were way overcharged at the bar and were not provided a detailed receipt . They were very busy and only one person working. I don’t feel it was on purpose but I know we were charged too much

Won’t be back. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds. And non-working elevator made a tedious stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent for departing cruise.

Cons:

There were 2 elevators; one was completely out of service the entire time we were there. There were times we waited in excess of 15 minutes for an elevator. It really was just unacceptable. Rooms were super small, and frankly the bed and food out was incredibly uncomfortable.

Check-in was quick and friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

I was charged $50 for incidentals at check-in, which does not appear on my printed statement. It's now up to me to monitor my card account, to ensure I asked for a receipt for this $50 charge at check-out and was told: "You were not charged the $50 - there's only a "hold" on those funds. It will be removed in 5-7 business days. However, the fee for lodging + $50 was charged when I checked in.
Some sound-proofing around the ill-fitting room door would be nice. Too much noise from outside and the corridor.
