There is only 1 thing I liked was the guy that checked us in everything else was terrible

The staff attitude and also managers were the worst i have ever seen and we travel a lot i also witnessed one staff member have so much attitude towards everyone i spoke to a manger about this snd they didn’t care this is where the attitude is passed down the line, the way they spoke wad discussing. They ram out of lots of stuff including water when asked if they could re fill the water she huffed grabbed a cup went and filled it up from the tap and gave me warm water, and didn’t fill it for other customers. I f you want yo get i to your room a little earlier they charge for this so be aware unlike other hotels this is not free. There is to much to list that us bad at this hotel but also be aware if you book the shuttle for a cruise we went down the next day and the machine to check in had been turned off not sure if this was hotel or shuttle responsibility had to chase staff up as we needed to leave they called shuttle service another couple ended up getting a uber we waited for the shuttle in came in the end but you do have to pay for shuttle next time i would just get a uber that way i know i wont be late. I will never stay at this hotel again also note that they put there rates up to a stupid price the night before a cruise as do other hotels we did not mind paying as this was supposed to be a good brand hotel next time i will go with s cheeper hotel as you cant get any worse than this one

Bien situé par rapport au centre NASA
facile d’accès

Cons:

Il était question d’une terrasse d’où on pouvait voir le départ de la fusée , sauf qu’on a oublié de nous dire qu’elle était privatisée les soirs de départ donc interdite d’accès
Le déjeuner compris était pathétique

Perfect spot if you are interested in Kennedy space Center
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a restaurant and Bar on site. Also, the rooftop bar was really fun, and was the perfect spot to watch a SpaceX launch.

Cons:

It seemed expensive for the area, but was very convenient and we really enjoyed our stay
