Pros:

The location was great! So close to the port that you could see the ships coming in and out.

Cons:

The A/C unit was very loud in the room when it would turn on. Didn't get a chance to go to the Sky Bar. They closed it due to the weather and never opened back up after the weather cleared.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Location was amazing.

Cons:

Front desk clerk gave me keys to a room that was already occupied. However, we received two complementary beverages for the mix up. I would have preferred a discount. It was scary .

Comfortable room
Pros:

Location next to the Cruise Terminal is a plus.

Cons:

Breakfast didn’t have many options. Besides,it was too crowdy, very hard to find a seat. This because all cruisers want to eat at the same time.
Only one elevator was working and tens of cruisers trying to get in with their luggage at the same time was very unpleasent. We had to wait 10 minutes until we could get a space.
