The room was OK and expensive. The clerk at check-out was impatient with my inquiry and request for

Check-in was quick and friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

I was charged $50 for incidentals at check-in, which does not appear on my printed statement. It's now up to me to monitor my card account, to ensure I asked for a receipt for this $50 charge at check-out and was told: "You were not charged the $50 - there's only a "hold" on those funds. It will be removed in 5-7 business days. However, the fee for lodging + $50 was charged when I checked in.
Some sound-proofing around the ill-fitting room door would be nice. Too much noise from outside and the corridor.

Pros:

Customer service is always great, very attentive staff. Location is perfect for the cruise port. While we didn't eat at the restaurant at the hotel, it seemed like it was a hit. The views from our room were awesome.

Great for Cruisers
Pros:

Conveniently located to Port Canaveral. Maybe a 5 minute Uber ride just across the bridge and I was able to see my ship from the sidewalk beside the hotel sign. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance and the staff was amazing! There is also a rooftop bar with great views.

Great place! Would stay again!
Pros:

Very clean, staff very friendly, always willing and ready to help. 5 minutes down from Port Canaveral such a plus.
Food was good. Coffee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

🤷🏼‍♀️ on the food- fries were a little dry and overcooked. But everything else was amazing. 😂

The staff was friendly, the hotel was impeccably clean, and I'll definitely be back!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good! Sometimes the eggs at some restaurants can be obviously powdered eggs but these were really good. And the bagels were very fresh. There was a wide selection of juices too and fresh fruit.

The gym was small but had just the right amount of equipment for a great workout.

Cons:

The A/C in my room struggled. It was a little too humid the whole time but not so bad that it impacted my sleep (and yes, I am familiar with humid climates - I'm from Houston)! ;-)

Great Stay And Experience!

The property was very convenient to the port , the check in and out was very easy, rooms were clean and our room had a view of the port. Would definitely stay here again
