Очень удобное расположение. Отличный, приветливый персонал. Номер большой, теплый, уютный.
К сожалению именно в нашем номере (3 этаж) было слома окно и очень дуло ночью. В ванной не работала вытяжка и очень странная звукоизоляция, мы прям слышали храм с соседнего номера) но в общем отель хороший, я бы даже сказала персонал отличный и именно персонал добавил звезд в оценку)
Отдельное спасибо за вкусный кофе в 3 утра перед вылетом)

Первый номер который мне предложили был с сильным запахом освежителя. Второй номер когда поменяли. Был с очень приятным легким запахом свежести и чистоты.

La struttura è in pieno centro, pulitissima e le camere sono enormi.
Non mi è piaciuto il pulizia della camera durante il soggiorno, in quanto non hanno pulito il bagno e rifatto il letto a casaccio.
La colazione era scarna, leggermente scadente, poco curata. I dolci neanche erano scoperti dalla pellicola, ma ognuno doveva scansare un po’ di pellicola per prendere i dolci.
Il personale è stata la cosa peggiore, ci ridevano praticamente in faccia durante la colazione, scortesi al massimo.
Nella descrizione di booking c’è scritto che la struttura ha un bowling ma non è vero anzi la ragazza della reception era scioccata dalla richiesta. Anche il pub interno aveva personale terribile, ci ha riso in faccia quando abbiamo chiesto se avessero la cioccolata calda.
