These people never allowed us to stay even when we had a full paid confirmed booking. They were very rude and asked us to ho away at about 9 pm in anew place.wehadto find another to stay finally

We contacted these people oyo for a full refund .they send us a message through th platform asking us to call them and gave a phone number that doesn't exist or work

Booking .com has to take the initiative to get me a for redressal of my grievance and at the sane time these kind of people dont diminish the earned brand value that booking .com has made over years
