The staff, definitely!! Eric, Truong, Hung and Tina were amazing! The sweetest staff ever, they helped us by accommodating all our needs, they helped us change to a room that best suited our needs of traveling with a 3 year old. Our daughter loved all of them and we felt extremely welcomed. Recommend without hesitation!
The hotel very very good, the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Greenie and Eric, the breakfast very good, highly recommend it

The pool and the beds and the staff
Excellent location, bikes available to use, laundry service, staff very helpful and friendly they went above and beyond to assist us, breakfast was generous with a variety of options, pool was lovely and relaxing. Would recommend to others and stay here.
No lifts, but it wasn’t a problem
The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the old town but far enough to be quiet.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Hotel was very nice and only a 15 minute walk from the old town along the river.
Staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful, including supporting us with language, phones, transport etc. Special thanks to Tina, Eric, Hung and ever enthusiastic Truong!! Breakfast was generous, the pool was great, and location was an easy walk to the old town.

- Kindest, happy staff that always smile and say hello making you instantly feel at home. The Manager speaks good English and talked us through lots of local spots for food/ drink/ tailors on arrival with a helpful map which was very handy
- It was my boyfriend’s birthday while we were away and they made a cake, decorated the room and always said Happy Birthday as we walked past. They went above any beyond and made the day so special!!
- Clean and good sized room with daily housekeeping. Balcony has nice view over river
- Great Swimming Pool with comfy loungers and pool table we used a lot!
- Delicious breakfast with lots of options (veggie too) and very filling. Two drinks included in price which is best we’ve had.
- Perfect location to walk into old town, lots of restaurants nearby, and quick Grab to the gorgeous white sand An Bang beach
- Gym is smaller than expected and outside (looks a bit different from pics) and treadmill didn’t work great. It’s really only good for 1 person at a time which is worth knowing however, I still managed a few workouts as the weight section is great and no one else was using it
Perfect location right outside the hustle and/or bustle of old town. Beautiful garden. Refreshing pool. Helpful and attentive staff. Comfortable bed and cool air conditioned room. I would def stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. What really made the experience for us was the staff, every single person we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The pool area was another highlight as It was peaceful, quiet and just a lovely area to relax. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options and everything fresh and well prepared, a really good way to start each morning. The rooms themselves were fairly basic, but honestly, they had everything you needed and were clean and comfortable. Overall, a brilliant experience, and we would happily stay here again!
L'emplacement est idéal, on peut Aller au vieux quartier à pieds. La piscine après une bonne journée est appréciable.
Le personnel est au petit soin. On reviendra !
