Great stay
Pros:

Lovely location, friendly staff. They even organized a baby sitter. This is what made hotels and traveling great and how hotels should aim to be….all at an affordable price.

Purtroppo la presenza di un gruppone di ospiti molesti , mal gestiti, padroni dell intera struttura,in una completa anarchia, non ci ha permesso di vivere il soggiorno in relax e tranquillità. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei servizi spa perché usata come un baby club , con tuffi di bambini (una ventina in tutto) in una vasca idromassaggio per 3 persone, la sauna impossibile da fare per l andi e rivieni continuo perché presa come un gioco , ma sinceramente anche pericolosa per i minori di 12 anni ,tutto ciò alla presenza dei propri genitori incuranti degli altri ospiti .Gli stessi con altri bambini a qualsiasi ora tra urla ,corse e confusione tra ristorante , corridoi e appropriati della hall mentre i genitori gustavano fiumi di bevande al bar ...Questo per tutta la settimana!..il PERSONALE VERAMENTE CORTESE ,ha provato a fare presente di rispettare le regole piu volte ma senza successo...Peccato!

Takto umístěný hotel by si zasloužil kompletní rekonstrukci.
Pros:

Hotel je na krásném místě kousek od sjezdovky

Cons:

Hotel neodpovídá v žádném případě 4* stěží tak 3*. Zařízení hotelu a pokojů je sice čisté a udržované, nic méně zastaralé.
Nikdo zde cca 40 let nic neinvestoval , cca před 10-15 lety vyměnil koberce. Před 10 dny jsem byl v hotelu Nigritella cca
10km od tohoto hotelu , který je 3* , vše nové a cena nižší jídlo a obsluha lepší.
Salátový bufet u večeře hodně skromný a od 19.45 ho nikdo nedoplnil,
