- Frühstück:
-> Eine kleine Auswahl bei einem "Serpme-Frühstück"
-> Die Bestellungen kommen falsch oder sehr verspätet.
-> Wenn man vom Standard-Frühstück abweichen will und nur einen Toast möchte, kostet das extra! (Obwohl es auf der Karte günstiger wäre)
-> Pet-Wasserflaschen, die auf den Tischen standen, waren mehrfach bereits geöffnete und nachgefüllte Flaschen...

- Zimmer:
-> Schalldämpfung ist ein Fremdwort. Man hört alles was im Gang, in der Rezeption oder am Pool abgeht.
-> Keine Ablageflächen. Wenn zwei grosse Koffer ausgelegt werden, fühlt es sich an, als hätte man einen Hürden-Parcours im Zimmer.
-> In der "Minibar" stehen zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser pro Tag zur Verfügung.
-> Trotz bitte wurde zwei Tage lang kein Duschgel nachgefüllt.
-> Ein Fernseher ist zwar vorhanden, funktionieren tut es aber nicht wirklich. Eine Verbindung herzustellen ist nicht möglich.

Strandzugang:
- Das Hotel selbst hat keinen eigenen Strandzugang. Sie haben eine Zusammenarbeit mit einem Beach-Club, der mit dem Auto ca. 7min entfernt ist und zu fuss knapp 30min. Der Weg zum Beach-Club erfolgt per Taxi aber vom Beach-Club zurück ohne eigenes Auto ist schwierig, da man sehr lange auf Taxi's wartet. Im allgemeinen, wird man beim Beach-Club behandelt als sei man von der 3. Schicht, da Hotelgäste keinen Eintritt und keine Mindestkonsumation begleichen müssen.

Wir sind enttäuscht, da wir mehr erwartet haben für das bezahlte Geld. Preis-Leistung ist definitiv nicht vorhanden.

Geluid vanuit andere kamers, geen geluidsisolatie, dus je moet geluk hebben met buren.

The tab water was salty.

Das Badezimmer hat sehr unangenehm nach Kanalisation gestunken. Im Grunde konnte es nur durch Dauerlüftung und Klimaanlage einigermaßen übertönt werden. Wir hatten in der Familiengruppe mehrere Zimmer und leider war dies kein Einzelfall in einem Zimmer sondern betraf drei von vier Zimmern.
Einen Zugang zum Strand hat das Hotel leider nicht obwohl aus den Bildern dies suggeriert wurde.

Die Preise im Hotel sind völlig überzogen und rechtfertigen nichts. Ein 0,33 l Bier kostet aktuell 450 TL umgerechnet fast 9 Euro. Ein Früchte Cocktail 600 TL umgerechnet 12 Euro.

While the price value of the hotel is ok, i still wouldn’t recommend this to a friend because:

-Construction for a new hotel restaurant was going on and we were not informed prior to arriving
-Breakfast was average (no fresh juice, sometimes stale bread, exact same food everyday, service: forgetting orders, bringing whatever we didn’t order, not mentioning that certain coffees had to be paid for extra)
- Rooms lack basic ammenities and don’t feel very practical in terms of layout (especially the bathrooms)
- The doors have no sound proofing, you can hear every key swipe, walking, vacuuming, talking outside
- Whenever other guests smoked on the adjacent balconies, you can smell it in your room although all the windows are closed
-Some issues with cleanliness (sink seemed clogged and when I removed the sink stopper it was full of dirt, mold and hairs), I had to remind the staff twice to clean this
-Lack of hospitality in general, the staff is nice and forthcoming when you ask them to provide something, but slightly lethargic and doesn’t speak good English, which made it a challenge to communicate. It seemed that there was a lack of good management to train the staff properly, like they didn’t have a clue what they were doing.

If this would have been my only vacation this year, I would have been very disappointed.

However, I must admit that my expectations were a bit higher, probably influenced by what I had seen in some TikTok videos. The Starbucks corner that was shown online didn’t really exist as I had imagined it perhaps it’s only available during a certain season, but that wasn’t clearly mentioned.

There were also a few inconveniences during my stay. Unfortunately, the TV and air conditioning in my room didn’t work throughout my entire two-week visit, which was quite disappointing as I couldn’t use YouTube or watch anything in the evenings. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided in my room, which I found a bit unfortunate, especially since my sister (staying in a different room) had some.

One of the most frustrating aspects was the shower design, the water kept running out onto the floor, which made it a bit stressful to use each time.
