Pros:

This isn’t a luxury property, but this is a lovely clean well taken care of property. It was so nice. We came back on our second time through Maolboal and canceled our reservations at another property because this property was better.
This is just off the main street steps from the ocean close to restaurants, dive shops and everything.

Cons:

Really nothing bad to say at all. When the AC went out, it was fixed within an hour. Very responsive, caring staff..

번화가 시작점에 있어서 식사하기 좋고
해변 바로 앞이라 그점도 매우장점임.
관리를 잘해서인가 벌레유입이 전혀 없음.
직원들 응대가 매우 좋음.
가격적당하고 가성비는 매우좋다 생각됨

Cons:

수압이 좀 약하고 순간온수기라 온도조절이
힘듬..빨래건조대가 밖에 있어서 살짝 불편.

It’s good location but not beach front booking.com should check for the wrong advisement of this place

They advertise it wrong it’s not beach front it’s across the beach with other house no beach view itself ..they should change the name beachfront bcoz it’s not beach front ..

Cons:

I book for big family room but yet when we arrived with 1 extra person the caretaker ask for another 500 per day for extra head so 2,500 for 5 days ..then she didn’t give me a receipt..too expensive since it’s not peak season total of 12,500 for 4 pax for 5 days

В следующий раз выбрала бы отель немного подальше (там все равно все близко), но поновее.
Pros:

1. Месторасположение. До моря несколько метров (но не первая линия), в том числе до места плавания с сардинами.
Рядом много ресторанов, массажных салоны, лавок с сувенирами.
2. Хозяйка. Отзывчивая, все время на месте, решала любые вопросы.

Cons:

1. Окна. Одно выходило на дорогу, остальные по сути на парковку. То есть окна все время в шторах.
2. Шум. Складывалось ощущение, что байки едут внутри номера. Ездить начинают очень рано.
3. Напор воды. Помыться очень сложно, то горячо, то холодно.
4. Заползали раза три большие тараканы.
5. Слабый сигнал вай фай.

Pros:

Location was really quite good, just off the main street so it was quiet, but still close enough to everything. The staff/ owners were very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. I had travelled for over 24 hours, so when I arrived I was just happy to see a shower and a bed.

The staff/ owners were also kind enough to keep my bags safely on the day of checkout while I was out for the whole day.

The AC is a bit loud, but it was the exact same with every other place I stayed at in the Philippines and I was so tired that it honestly didn't bother me much.

I could recommend Moalboal Beach Front Hotel to anyone looking for something a little more quiet and private.
