Hotel Sogo Mindanao Avenue

I didnt like the following. Got to the hotel and my reservation was not on file. They wanted me to pay again. Mind you this was after a 14hr plane trip and arrival at the hotel at 5am. After this was all taken care of they still didn't bother to read my accommodation requests. Put me right next to the elevator. (I specifically asked in my booking for a high floor in a quit area.) They asked us to stay in the room next to the elevator until they could accommodate us in a new location. Needless to say we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. After around 30mins they escorted us to our new room only to find it was not renovated like the first room was. Finally sleep 😴 yay. The following night we wanted to extend our stay for an additional 3 hours. We paid for 24hours and didnt feel like checking out at 5am. We called down to the front desk to tell them our intentions. The women we spoke with gave us the price of the additional time and we agreed to and told us it was all set. Ring Ring the next morning at 430am we get a phone call waking us both up telling us we had 30 mins to check out. We had to explain the situation all over again to another person. Keep in mind its 430am in the morning. 15mins later we received another phone call from the manager explaining he wasn't informed of this request. All in all location was great room was clean staff however were either In properly trained or just didn't care enough to do the job.
