Pros:

It was a cute little cabin. Perfect for a get away. Loved that it was on the river.

Cons:

When we arrived to check in no one was there to check us in. So I called the number on the door. He said he didn't even know I booked a room. And he had left to clean other cabins on a different location. He wouldn't be back for 45 min or so. So we waited in 100 degree weather for him to get back. He did call us right away when he got back to let us know we could check in. That was a little disappointing. Then once we were able to check into the cabin it was so cute inside. I would just recommend a little better cleaning job. There were cob webs in all the rooms. The shower had hair in it. And the outside deck was filthy dirty and should of been at least swept off. Tons of leaves everywhere.

The room was clean and just what I expected.

Cons:

The grounds could use a little more TLC. I know it is the height of summer but near dead plants in a pot covered with dead leaves and cob webs is not at attractive sight to see sitting right outside your door.

The cabin was not clean, although the bedding and bathroom were clean, so we stayed. There cobwebs throughout the cabin, stools were broken, the refrigerator was not clean. There were hairs in the refrigerator, freezer iced up, and shelves dirty. The property itself had garbage about.

Pros:

We like the location have the river in front but room small and not the same of pic.but we went only 1 night it ok the cabin is the middle of 3 lake and near by very good resturant and supermarket and gas station the very very great is the river in the back of the cabin is private nobody only u can use it the best of this property if they make it more organized and clean it could be better

Pros:

We enjoyed that the staff left out garbage so bears could knock it over leaving trash all over the place. This brought our wildlife viewing experience to right outside our door. Their approach to housekeeping made it feel like we were staying at a relative’s house rather than a hotel. The crumbling infrastructure is inviting for ground squirrels, bringing nature right outside our door. Throughout our three day experience, we didn’t see or meet any staff members. Leaving for a complete hands off approach to hosting us; allowing us to experience feeling isolated.

Cons:

Honestly, I didn’t enjoy the scenic views of the rolling foothills and easy access and wading in the Kaweah river.

I loved the river. It was shower and cool, and the weather was hot, so that made it even more special.
Pros:

The river was right out, but it was hard to get to. There was rocks everywhere. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Highly overpriced and completly unsatisfactory.

The location was the only good thing, although it was not well signaled and hard to find.

Cons:

The place is a very, very overpriced dump. There was a used pan and foil on the ground outside our cabin, among other trash. The outside trash can was turned over and there was spilled trash on the ground. All the potted plants are dead. The lighs outside the cabin did not work and they were rusted and covered in webs. The exit road is full of big pot-holes, so bad that we had to exit through the entrance road.
The inside of the cabin is in need of paint. We were asked to wash our used dishes, but the only dishes are two mismatched glasses and two missmatched mugs, that if used would have to be washed in the bathroom sink, since the "kittchen" doesn't have a sink nor stove as shown in the pictures.
I went over all their prictures after the trip, and there is only one of the cabin we got, so maybe we were just unlucky and got the worse one. The photos of the others are a lot better, thus the reason why we choose this place.

Beautiful location, great budget for a family outing!
Pros:

Loved the location! The river was beautiful, and the family suite was larger than we thought. We appreciate the door between the upstairs and downstairs. The on-site host was kind, gave nice recommendations for where to eat. AC was strong and kept us cool through the 100+ weather.

Cons:

The twin and queen beds were very uncomfortable - we could feel the bed slats through the mattress. It would be nice if the mattresses were thicker and firmer, or maybe had a mattress topper. Also some of the bed sheets were stained. We know they are clean, but some of us were a little turned off.

Nice location, the one person in charge was very helpful.
Pros:

Excellent location, restaurants close by, park a few miles away.

Cons:

Unity #9 poorly maintained. Wooden outside structure felt woobly, path to cabin uneven and felt unsafe, air conditioning very noisy, same as fan in bathroom and room. No clear access to river. Upgrades badly needed.Outside deck needs to be maintained and cleaned.
