was there for the world cup to watch ronaldo's portugal side take on uzbekistan so all positive
Pros:

breakfast was really good, was self service very simple items on offer but was more than enough to meet our requirements, could use a little more attention by staff to keep things topped up.
hotel location was super convenient next to airport and you couldnt hear the planes flying over at all when in the room. Room size was very generous.

Cons:

we were travelling with kids and on a hot day, would've been ideal for the hotel to have a pool.
pricing on the room could've been slightly more competitive
the complimentary shuttle bus could be better organised, on the day we flew out i rang 30mins prior as required and advised we had five people with luggage, when the bus arrived it was full with other passengers and only one person got on from our airport, luckily the turnaround to the airport and hotel was only 10mins and we didn't miss our flight but more traffic on the road could have changed the outcome.

Clean room and quiet

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment. Bad milk, black specs in the juices from the dirty machine, hard boiled eggs were really bad tasting and was afraid to eat them. Would have loved a breakfast like I expected as part of the cost for the room

Comfortable place to sleep
Pros:

I was able to sleep very well and comfortably.

Cons:

The breakfast I was disappointed in. Had to order me DoorDash. No eggs or bacon or sausage.

Pros:

Staff is so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The shuttle service is great and punctual. Definitely will come back again for a stay.

Pros:

Location to hobby airport is good with a shuttle service.

Cons:

Inconsistent information between front desk staff, and do want to charge an early check in fee if booked through third party site. Hotel and rooms are simple with sloppy workmanship.

Pros:

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. L'Mae is awesome on the 3pm shift. The gentleman at the front desk on my departure day was awesome as well. Also the gentleman who took me to the airport was so nice. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Definitely will be back!!

Do not stay here it is sickening.
Pros:

The property looked like people were living in the hotel. I saw needles and dead roaches and upon pulling up and booked somewhere else. They will not grant me a refund despite the unrealistic advertisements they had for this dive hotel. Don’t stay there unless you want to take some 6-legged friends home with you, maybe a side of hepatitis.

Run down. Lived in. Bugs. Needles. Blood on my bedsheets.
