El personal super amable y el restaurante genial. Al lado de la Estacion para esquiar.
La cama de 135 y hace mucho ruido el somier cada vez que te mueves.
La calefacción muy alta, y no fui capaz de bajarla.

Extremely small room, very unlike the pictures shown online, with barely walking room. Would have accepted it it I had known it first hand, but it was a deception.
Sin duda alguna la comida.Me sorprendió mucho la carta,platos que podrían competir con los mejores restaurantes,la crema de nécoras espectacular,las carnes estupendas,la ensalada de langostino crujiente fue un descubrimiento,platos a rebosar,te hartas de comer,buena carta de vinos,y con un gran volumen de clientes, 4 camareros mueven platos de una manera asombrosa,un 10 al restaurante.
Es una tontería pero ...me habría gustado que el televisor de la habitación hubiera sido más grande y hubiera estado centrado en la pared,entre las dos camas,al estar en una esquina,elevado y ser tan pequeño es complicado ver una película sin entrecerrar los ojos😂, como decía,una tontería.
Tiene unas instalaciones que te ofrecen planes también cuando el tiempo no acompaña. Su sala de juegos es acogedora, tienen bar y restaurante (donde se come muy bien) y, además, el desayuno tipo buffet está genial.
El lugar es muy tranquilo. El menu para comer esta estupendo. La gente amable. Por alrededor muchas rutas.

No hay ni lampara en las mesillas. No tiene escritorio.
En el baño, los vasos son de carton. Y no tiene encimera para apoyar las cosas.
Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador siquiera. La habitación estaba recalentada. Había que dejar abierta la puerta de la habitación para que ventilara algo.
Aislamiento acústico muy deficiente. Se oía todo. Las ventanas de la habitación dan a la entrada del restaurante y la terraza. Cada dos por tres entraba olor a tabaco.
El desayuno muy pobre.
En resumen, muy caro para el servicio que tendría que ser.
Hicimos viaje en moto a los Picos de Europa y convertimos este hotel en nuestro centro de operaciones para nuestras rutas. Excelente elección. Subas al puerto por un lado o por otro tienes buenas curvas y estupendas vistas. Huyendo del calor en ese momento del mediterráneo, levantarse a 4-7 ° en pleno julio no tiene precio. Las instalaciones muy bien. El desayuno básico, pero abundante. La comida estupenda. Y el personal encantador, con la dedicación de los negocios familares que tanto se echa de menos hoy en día.
Por decir alguna cosa, las habitaciones algo pequeñas y con insonorización mejorable (poco importante, por otra parte, si eres de buen dormir).
Buscaba tranquilidad y sin duda la encontré, las vistas preciosas.
En ese sitio se respira paz.
El personal super agradable, simpáticos y cercanos.
El lugar es espectacular y el café solo de la máquina del buffet me sorprendió gratamente.
El lavabo era grande y reformado casi la mitad de la habitación.
Habitación pequeña y mi tablet era más grande que la tv.
El desayuno se podría mejorar

Breakfast failed to appear. Evening meal from the restaurant and bar was closed. Very hungry and thirsty. We ended up drinking water from the bathroom in plastic cups meant for cleaning your teeth.
Warning !! Do not use this hotel. Myself and 5 others of us booked a one night stay. On arrival there were no staff, when i say no staff, I mean no one at all was present . The front door was open and our rooms unlocked. But the place was closed, shutters down and everything other than our rooms locked. The advertised restaurant and bar was closed. No staff or any communication. Breakfast was part of our paid package. I had an Email in the hour we arrived to say someone would arrive and cook it. Again no staff arrived. We slept the night without any food or drink and left very hungry in the morning.
