For holidays between 21.4.2021 and 30.11.2024 cable car and water park tickets are included for registered Gopass members. It cannot be used on the arrival (check-in) day and the number of tickets corresponds to the number of nights spent at the accommodations establishment. Every ticket is nontransferable.

Nepáčilo sa mi že nebolo poriadne upratané v takomto hoteli by som očakávala lepšie upratané izbu a lepsie vybavenie v kúpeľni

Hotel bol na skvelom mieste, personál ústretový izba veľká čistá, raňajky a večere výborné výber z množstva jedál, pobyt sme si užili ,wellnes dobrý postačujúci

It was lovely and I would be happy to return.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.
Go Pass available with cable cars included.
Love the location of the hotel in relation to local walks and the train station.
The grounds were lovely.
There was a lot to do at the hotel but I didn't have enough time!

Cons:

The room was a bit tiny and the bed did not face the TV. But it was nice to look out of the window to the mountains.

El desayuno es bueno

Cons:

El baño es deficiente , La ducha está mal ubicada y no te puedes bañar con comodidad, la oferta de artículos de perfumería era nula ,solo un bote de shampoo. Como entretenimiento solo hay una mesa de billar con un solo taco para jugar ,tuvimos que compartirlo entre 4 ..En sintesis es un hotel bien ubicado pero que le falta actualizarse para ofrecer un buen servicio

Čistota, personál

Cons:

Chcela by som vyjadriť svoju nespokojnosť s kvalitou jednolôžkovej izby, ktorú hotel ponúka sólo cestovateľom. Vzhľadom na štandard, na ktorý som zvyknutá v rámci hotelovej siete, bola úroveň ubytovania výrazne pod očakávaniami.
Izba bola mimoriadne malá a pôsobila stiesnene. Pre osoby trpiace klaustrofóbiou by mohla byť takýto priestor dokonca problematický. Po umiestnení kufra na podlahu v izbe prakticky nezostával žiadny priestor na pohyb. Chýbal aj balkón, čo pri jednolôžkových izbách považujem za nedostatok.
Cena za takýto typ izby sa mi vzhľadom na jej rozlohu a vybavenie javí ako neprimeraná. Podobný priestor by bol primeranejší pre technické zázemie alebo upratovaciu miestnosť než ako plnohodnotné ubytovanie pre hosťa.

Verím, že hotel zváži prehodnotenie ponuky pre individuálnych cestujúcich tak, aby zodpovedala deklarovanej úrovni služieb.
