Rude Staff, Poor Maintenance, and Zero Hospitality

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and stressful, mainly due to the behavior of the staff and poor room conditions.
We were allotted Room 110, located on the ground floor, barely 10 steps from the reception, yet even basic assistance was unavailable when needed. From the start, the staff showed no empathy, patience, or professionalism.
The bathroom shower was already in poor condition and did not close properly. On the second day of our stay, it got completely stuck in the hot water position, making it impossible to use. We immediately rushed to the reception for help. Despite the urgency, assistance arrived only after several minutes. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff member rudely blamed us, saying we did not know how to use the shower. This insensitive response led to a heated argument, caused entirely by their dismissive attitude.
What was even more concerning was that such arguments were not limited to us. During our stay, we witnessed staff behaving rudely and arguing with other guests as well. This clearly reflects a pattern of unprofessional conduct and poor guest handling.
The room itself was extremely small and uncomfortable. There were no chairs in the room, making it inconvenient even to sit and have tea or coffee. The spring mattress was very uncomfortable, affecting our rest and overall stay.
At checkout, despite our room being so close to the reception, no staff member offered any help with carrying luggage, further highlighting the lack of basic hospitality and courtesy.
Overall, the property fails at the most fundamental level of guest service. Rude staff, poor maintenance, uncomfortable rooms, and complete lack of assistance made our stay unpleasant and frustrating.
I strongly advise travelers to avoid booking this property, especially if you value comfort, respect, and basic customer service.

Overall it was fine.
Pros:

Reception staff was good and provided the things whatever i needed.

Cons:

Buttons of Telephone in the room was not working properly. House keeping did not responded to my call. Beds were having two separate bedrolls which creates gap.
If you are travelling with kid and looing for the kitchen then not recommended. Shared kitchen mentioned in facility but it is actually not there.
