We had a super time, really perfect for a long weekend Valencia!!
Pros:

The room itself was perfect size, with kitchenette.

Perfect location for a local stay during the week if you can get a deal, but I’d be weary on a weekend.
Pros:

The staff were quick to respond and very helpful during the stay and the location was perfect. Right next to a lot of great food, and drink spots. Also loved the private balcony, it was a great addition to the unit!

Cons:

As others mentioned, the noise can be difficult. During the week it was fine but on the weekend it became very loud, especially when paired with a local festival. If you’re out partying it’s not a big deal, but if you have an early flight or train it’s very difficult to actually get any rest and I’m a deep/heavy sleeper. They did provide earplugs which is fair, but that won’t help if you need your alarm to get you up for a flight. Did feel overpriced for what it was in the end.

La habitación estaba aceptable

Cons:

Cuando llegue, mismamente el barrio no me gustó la sensación que dio. Por la noche no bajaría sola y menos un fin de semana. Al entrar y subir las escaleras al entrepiso estaba todo inundado, cierto es, que ese día llovió muchísimo y sin parar pero uno se puede caer y no había ningún cartel avisando. Calidad - precio no lo recomiendo

Pros:

Tolle Gegend mit super Restaurants. Urbanes Viertel, weg vom Massentourismus aber nah am Zentrum. Bequeme Kissen!

Pros:

Neighborhood was cute and eclectic. Great location, felt like a local. Close to shopping, sight seeing. Was nice to have a fridge, clean building and room. Helpful staff. Walking distance to many areas. Had a cute balcony, great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Lighting in room was not great, could have had it brighter.

Topplek in Rufassa.
Pros:

Het is een geweldige locatie in Rufassa, van waaruit je ook zo de naar de oude stad en door naar El Carmen loopt. Ik had een 10-ritten metrokaart genomen maar in mijn vijf dagen maar 5 ritten gebruikt.
Je hebt een groot eigen dakterras waar in de ochtend nog schaduw is. Je hebt een kitchenette met prima spullen, een heerlijke douche en echt een goed bed. De schoonmaak is goed.
Op afstand was Moontels heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Een raam met een hor was fijn geweest om open te kunnen zetten 's nachts. En zeker in het weekend is er wel wat geluid van buiten in de avond/nacht en de vuilniswagens e.d. komen al vroeg met al hun geluiden. Maar goede oordopjes kunnen dit probleem verhelpen.
Het terras zou echt een fantastische plek zijn als er plantjes/groen en wat extra beschutting was (maar ik snap dat dat eerste lastig is qua onderhoud).

Terassen waren 's nachts wat luid, er was al in oordopjes voorzien.
