Good location and very clean
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness

Cons:

The air con didn’t work so I didn’t sleep well an opening the window was so noisy, even from the 12th floor

Very comfortable, awesome breakfast, good location
Pros:

Awesome bed, very comfortable room with block out curtains and a good shower. Nice big TV that you can cast your phone to. Awesome hot buffet breakfast with all the trimmings and lovely dining room to enjoy it in. Easy walk from the train station and helpful staff on check in.

Excellent stay and would use again in future
Pros:

We did not have breakfast, we used local cafe's/ restaurants.
We also ate in central London

Cons:

We were happy with our stay, although the wait for lifts to and from our floor/room was frustrating at times, this was due to hotel being very busy
