Comfortable but expensive
Pros:

Right opposite the venue we were going to

Cons:

Bought a drink in the bar, it was already overpriced but when we sat down we could see that we had been charged a ‘discretionary’ 10% service charge. For drinks we bought at the bar. Tipping culture hasn’t reached the UK yet and I’m not against it but this annoyed me.
So much so that we finished up and went to the Lillie Langtree next door where the prices were more reasonable.

Für einen Kurztrip optimal.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wi-Fi sehr gut. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Kurioserweise kein Kühlschrank und auch keine Toilettenbürste. Zimmer fand ich etwas klein.

Vrolijke hedendaags interieur. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Nette kamers.

Eet- of uitgaansgelegenheden vlakbij wat beperkt in keuze.

Udany pobyt w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Ładny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, około 5 minut spacerem od stacji Earls Court. Pokój niewielki, ale czysty i ładny. Łazienka mimo że nie za duża to spełniała potrzeby i nie miałam wrażenia że jest w niej ciasno. Bardzo ładna restauracja, śniadania dobre. My akurat nie skorzystaliśmy, ale na plus to, że można było poprosić o pudełko i wziąć jedzenie na wynos. Fajna i rzadko spotykana opcja. Łóżko dość wygodne, chociaż poduszki mogłyby być wygodniejsze.

Cons:

Byliśmy na przełomie marca i kwietnia i w pokoju było nam zimno. Mieliśmy nadzieję ogrzać się w pokoju po całym dniu na zewnątrz, niestety źródłem ciepła była klimatyzacja która nie dawała rady ogrzać pokoju. Obsługa dostarczyła nam przenośny kaloryfer, dzięki niemu było trochę cieplej.

Schönes, aber etwas überteuertes Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer (mehr eine Suite) im 12. Stock. Super breites Bett, geräumiges Badezimmer, gemütliche Sitz- und Esszimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Der Cappuccino schmeckte tatsächlich sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Lage ist doch ein wenig außerhalb, aber auch sehr ruhig. Manches Mal ließ die Reinigung der Zimmer ein bißchen zu wünschen übrig, obwohl unser Bett div. Male neu bezogen wurde, was für uns absolut nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Leider fehlte im Badezimmer eine Klobürste, was für das Personal sicherlich unangenehm werden kann. Ein wenig mehr Licht im Wohn- und Esszimmer wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Raumtemperatur hätte ein wenig wärmer sein dürfen, ebenso im Frühstücksraum. Auch wenn die Klimaanlage einzustellen war, so hat dies nicht so richtig funktioniert. Dies sind insgesamt Kleinigkeiten, aber bei einem Preis von € 400,00 pro Nacht sollte das Eine oder Andere stimmiger sein. Wir haben es trotzdem sehr genossen

Un établissement de qualité qui met tout en oeuvre pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour
Pros:

Les équipements de la chambre étaient de très bonne qualité et bien agencés. Idéalement situé avec des transports en commun au pieds de l'hôtel (bus/metro). Une mention particulière au petit déjeuner qui était excellent et copieux, tout cela accompagné d'un personnel agréable et à l'écoute, nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Cons:

Un très petit bémole concernant le manque de prise dans la salle de bain.
