Nothing
The beds were very comfy and very clean room
The room small for what we payed
Asked for a twin room which was provided. The room was comfortable.and in a very convenient location for the District tube line. I was pleased with the price as it was a good price for the location. So for all these reasons.together, will definitely consider again for future trips. Thank you.
Staff friendliness throughout cafe restaurant reception . Excellent very clean.
L'équipe est assez courtois et semble faire le maximum
Hôtel s'affiche 4 étoiles mais est largement au dessous des standards, c'est un Ibis amélioré.
Good location, helpful staff and clean
Aircon was not working properly at all
Double bed was 2 single beds. Putting 2 single bed together does not make it a double bed.
Tutto il soggiorno
Breakfast was lovely
Air con was broken in our original room, we were moved to another room where the air con was also faulty which on the hottest day of the year was very unpleasant … also no shower gel in our original hotel room!
The hotel was very clean and the room was a good size and a very comfy bed with good bed linen. On the twelfth floor so pretty quiet. Facilities in the room were good too. The location was perfect for getting to the Queen’s tennis tournament.
The light above the tea and coffee making facilities was movement triggered and despite us being asleep it kept flicking on suddenly several times during the night which initially made me think there was someone else in the room! Maybe a spider or something was triggering it but my husband eventually put a plaster over the sensor to stop it. Not good sleep that night!
The staff in the restaurant were pleasant but not very good. My husband got his main meal then 10 minutes later got his side dish and I got my side dish, then we had to ask where my main was - was told it takes a while to cook! My husband had finished by the time I got mine. Disappointed.
