Wonderful Hotel to Stay At
Pros:

Daniel was a brilliant bar man. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and professional. Nicely located between Tulum town and beaches. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our rooms clean. We'd stay here again.

Cons:

Could do with storage facilities in the room and the balcony could do with a sun lounger/small table. TV signal did not work in one of the rooms.

Pros:

Nice big room and bathroom. The big balcony surrounded by trees was nice. Good breakfast and good staff. Close to shopping and restaurants but away from noisy areas.

Cons:

The water shut off both nights. They were ready to move us to another room if we wanted but we were checking out so it wasn't necessary.

Lumière du couloir qui éclaire trop la chambre la nuit et qui est allumée toute la nuit . Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre.

ótima localização no centro porém distante das praias.
Pros:

quarto bastante amplo duas camas grandes. ar condicionado e ventiladores silenciosos e eficientes. acomodação limpa e chuveiro bom. café da manhã bom porém com muitos dias enjoa pois as mesmas opções. piscina pequena razoável. equipe atenciosa e disposta. ótima localização na cidade bem proximo a um grande supermercado. porém para ir para as praias necessário transporte que é bem difícl na cidade.

Cons:

o quarto que fiquei vazava água do chuveiro para dentro do quarto. Chuveiro muito bom com bastante volume de água porém ralo e caimento do box não aguentavam e vazava muita água para dentro do quarto. Não se tem muita privacidade no quarto pois não tem um ambinete próprio do banheiro o box do chuveiro e box do sanitários são praticamente dentro do quarto.

Experiencia Tulum
Pros:

La habitación nos encantó, muy cómoda y bien cuidada. La limpieza en general fue excelente durante toda la estancia. Las piscinas y las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas y hacen que la experiencia sea muy agradable.

Quiero destacar especialmente al personal de recepción, que fue excepcional. Fernando, Armando, Héctor y Francisco fueron muy amables en todo momento y nos ayudaron muchísimo con cualquier consulta o necesidad. Su trato marcó realmente la diferencia.

Cons:

La única parte negativa fue el servicio en el desayuno, concretamente los camareros de sala. El trato no fue el más adecuado y en varias ocasiones resultaron poco amables, ignorando a los clientes y poniendo malas caras o gestos. Queremos aclarar que no tenemos ninguna queja sobre las cocineras del desayuno, ya que su trabajo fue correcto.

En general, la estancia fue buena, pero creemos que el trato en el área de desayunos podría mejorar para estar a la altura del resto del hotel.

Belle hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. Les chambres sont propres, seul bémol la douche qui coule un peu dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est un peu légé et la piscine froide. Niveau qualité prix je recommande cet établissement

Pros:

Le point fort que j’ai beaucoup aimé, l’aménagement paysager, pour se rendre au chambre, ça fait un petit parc naturel qui est vraiment magnifique et bien entretenu et surtout la nuit avec les lumières

Et c’est très agréable il y a quatre petits chats qui ont pris Domicile à l’hôtel ils sont très affectueux et c’est très agréable de les voir, on voit qu’ils sont bien traités à l’hôtel, c’est très important, parfois il manquait un peu d’eau, ils étaient obligés de boire l’eau de la piscine, il y a des produits chimiques dans l’eau de la piscine, c’est dangereux pour eux.

Cons:

Ce que j’ai le moins apprécié à l’hôtel est la serveuse pour les petits déjeuners, aucun effort, elle subit son travail, elle ne sourit jamais, vraiment très dommage, ça dénote complètement sur l’hôtel.
Elle n’aime pas son travail, elle ne fait même pas semblant d’essayer.
J’ai trouvé les cocktails au bar très très cher par rapport aux autres bars aux alentours.
Et ça manque d’amour au Rooftop quel dommage, ça fait un peu abandonné, surtout le bar en haut, ça manque de gros pot avec des plantes, et de vie, il pourrait y avoir une musique continue aussi c’est vraiment dommage car c’est un bel endroit le Rooftop
Si vous aimez pas les matelas durs, je vous déconseille ils sont très très dur.

Una estadía muy cómoda
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene mucha vegetación y unos gatitos muy cariñosos :)
Cerca hay varios supermercados, farmacias y algunas taquerías muy ricas!
Además ofrecen un desayuno a la carta muy rico y contundente.

Tiene algunos estacionamientos disponibles (cosa que nos costó encontrar en otros hoteles que revisamos)

Cons:

Nos quedamos en la villa 5, una habitación hermosa, pero MUY oscura a nuestro parecer.

El personal en general no sabía responder nuestras dudas, cosas generales como que hacer cerca o sobre que jugo había en el desayuno.
