Comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was really lovely. Walking distance to the old quarter and train Street. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

A little bit noisy at times with the bikes honking but earplugs will help.
The shower floods near the toilet.
The breakfast buffet was a little awkward right outside the lifts. There are no lifts after level 5 so only stairs.

We highly reccomend this hotel. The staff was very accomodating, the room spacious, clean, the breakfast was self-service with quite a lot of choice. We received a welcome drink with a plate of fruit. We were more than satisfied with the hotel.

Pros:

Best hotel I stayed at during my trip in Vietnam. Conveniently located near the old quarter, this hotel had all the amenities for a great stay. Clean and spacious room/bathroom. The service from the reception and hotel staff was amazing, always friendly and smiling. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Jimmy, Ellina et Thomas ont fait preuve d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables.
Ils se sont investis pleinement pour que notre séjour à Hanoï se déroule parfaitement. Ils se sont occupés de toutes les réservations, notamment pour la baie d’Halong et Ninh Binh, et ont également géré la réservation de notre bus de nuit pour Sapa, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la vie.
Toujours attentionnés et disponibles, ils ont été aux petits soins du début à la fin.
Je recommande vivement.

Comfortable stay at Casa Valentina
Pros:

Loved how comfortable we all were during our stay.

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and airy. Really couldn't ask for more.

Location was great too. Right at the heart of the Old Quarter and well connected to most of the good places in the city.

Cons:

Limited breakfast options. Also didn't like how it was set up near the reception by the door. I wouldn't want anyone to walk into the hotel and see my chew on a cream puff.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, comms weren't always very easy.

Pros:

Everything. Best hotel I've had in Hanoi, super clean, amazing service from the minute we arrived. Stayed in many hotels across Vietnam, for price this was far the best. Service Manager Jimmy was brilliant!!!!!!

Cons:

Nothing, perfect stay!!!!!!
