Excellent value, great location.
Pros:

Great location. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean with a good shower. We had a large balcony which looked out over the street. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, with eggs and pho made to order, the pho was quite nice. Staff were really nice too.

Cons:

More seating at breakfast, but understandably space is a premium.

Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed here for 8 nights and I was happy with my room and the service. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. They organised my airport transfers without any issues and made it easy for me. The room was spacious for one. The location was perfect because it was in the heart of old quarter, near so many amazing restaurants.

Loved My Stay
Pros:

A small, cozy hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is responsive and will help you out in any way they can. Free umbrellas are available if it rains. Will stay here again when I come back to Hanoi in the future.

The hotel is in a very good position to visit the city in the old quarter, and there’s a lot of restaurants and cafes around. The hotel manager and everyone from the staff was helpful and kind. The room was spotless clean. We appreciated also the breakfast, with both sweet and salty options.

Top verblijf!
Pros:

Mooi net hotel midden in Hanoi. Bij aankomst waren kamers mooi versierd met bloemblaadjes. De wasbak lag ook helemaal vol met gekleurde bladeren. Voelde gastvrij aan.

Hotel had ook een taxi voor ons geregeld om ons op te halen bij het vliegveld. Top service. Het ontbijt was goed, enige kleine nadeel was dat je beneden in de lobby aan een paar tafels en krukken moest eten. Maar had ook wel weer wat.

Hotel ligt mooi in het midden van Hanoi, hierdoor het oude centrum makkelijk bereikbaar!

Pros:

The location of Casa Valentina was perfect, right in the Old Quarter. The staff were lovely and the facilities were extremely clean. There wasn’t enough room at breakfast so they kindly took us to their sister hotel which didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent and beautifully prepared with a romantic touch, which made our arrival feel very special. The service throughout our stay was impeccable — everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Mooi, fijn en schoon hotel met super fijne bedden! Heerlijk geslapen :). Fijne ontvangst met vers fruit en een lekker ontbijt. Fijn contact met het personeel dat graag helpt bij alles.

Cons:

Enige kleine tegenvaller was dat de regendouche kop gescheurd leek en verkalkt was, waardoor er bijna geen water uit kwam. De kleine douchekop deed het wel goed, maar gleed ook steeds omlaag als je eronder wilde staan. Dat maakte het iets minder comfortabel. Zonder dat was het perfect geweest!
