Pros:

Mr Vincent and entire staff wonderful. Location right in heart of old city but our rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good, in either the lobby or restaurant across the street, both included.

Great location and value. Would definitely book again.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, and a warm welcome. Jimmy did an amazing job giving us restaurant recommendations. Wanted to book more days when we headed back to Hanoi but they were all booked :(
