Hôtel très agréable et idéalement situé.
Pros:

Un hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville, de son agitation, tout en étant au calme pour se reposer dans la chambre toujours propre et bien climatisée. Le lit était bien confortable. Le personnel était toujours souriant et présent si besoin. Des excursions sont programmées si besoin, sans forcer. Le petit déjeuner était varié avec des fruits et gourmandises cuisinées aussi. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Everything was great! From the moment we walked in, the reception gave us welcome fruit and fruit drinks. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had everything from fruit, toast, bacon and sausage and Vietnamese dishes.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. The rooms were clean, modern and extremely spacious. All though its central, it is very quiet at night time which was great for getting a good rest. The staff were excellent and so helpful.

De vriendelijkheid van het Personeel. De kamer met een heerlijk bed. Ook het attente schoonmaakpersoneel. Ik liet mijn kamer niet opruimen maar ze waren zo attent om nieuwe handboeken wc rol en flesjes water voor mijn deur klaar te zetten.

Het bed was mijn beste van heel mijn verblijf in vietnam

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location, outstanding staff, and great value for money.
Pros:

We stayed here for one week with our family and had a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, happy to help, and ready to answer any questions. Housekeeping was excellent, and our room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty, but the selection was quite limited, especially if you stay for several days. Breakfast is also served in the lobby next to the elevators, which isn't the most comfortable place to eat. The area can be quite noisy, but we expected that because the hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi.
