If you are going to Crystal Springs - this is your spot.
Pros:

Such a unique hotel in the heart of Crystal Springs. Staff walked us to our room. Of course Three Sisters Springs was amazing - but you can just walk down the street to Hunter Springs Park and swim with the manatees! The fresh croissants each night were a very cool, special touch. Walked to dinner at the Crab Plant - awesome!

Cons:

Sink was outside of the bathroom - little strange - but not a big deal. No microwaves anywhere.

Retreat at Crystal Manatee is such a gem! Perfect location for a quick trip to snorkel and see the manatees.
Pros:

Retreat at Crystal Manatee was in such a perfect location! Walking distance to everything. The property was well kept and very clean. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, accommodating and polite. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Cons:

We enjoyed the property, we had no issues during our stay.

Not sure we would return. My wife was very upset
Pros:

Nice clean rooms nice location.

Cons:

One staff member doing gardening was very rude. Team of a man (who was nice) and a woman that was rude. This tainted the stay. This place was not cheap. This was on Saturday afternoon.

Not your average motel!!
Pros:

Lovely quiet courtyard area adjacent to front doors instead of parking lot. Clean & nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable bed. Close proximity (short walking distance) to view manatees, restaurants, shops.

Cons:

You can hear other guests talking in adjoining rooms. We were awakened very early. But very comfortable bed.

I would stay there again
Pros:

Everything. Beautiful people and staff! Only downfall was breakfast as there was one slice of bread, some juice, yogurt and cereal, but no milk oh and I had coffee which we don’t drink anyways it was a very sad breakfast or actually we had no breakfast cause there was one slice of bread so toast wasn’t even an option

Perfect location! Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to Hunter Springs, Three Sisters springs, Crystal River shuttle and a lot of great places to eat! The fresh croissants on the door each evening was a very nice touch!

Honestly, we have stayed twice and the staff is wonderful and croissants 🥐 are really a treat!

Location is fine, we can walk to fun restaurants, and stores too.
