Important information:

The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. A receipt will be provided upon check-out.

To eat breakfast and/or dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance.

Kitchenware has limited availability and is lent out to guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

From 24:00-07:00, guests must use a PIN number provided by the hotel to enter the building.

The hours of operation for each open-air bath is as follows:
- Rooftop open-air bath with a view: 06:00-9:30 and 15:00-24:00
- Private semi open-air bath: 15:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00; available on a first-come, first-served basis.)
- Private spa bath: 15:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00; available on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Extra Japanese futon bedding can be provided at an additional fee.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

Rooftop onsen was the only feature not crumbling, moldy or dusty.

Cons:

Our room was very dirty, with a lot of dust clinging to all the walls. The toilet room had black mold on the peeling wallpaper. Kitchen floor was old and sticky. Couldn't get the stove to work. Bed mats were the thinnest I've encountered in Japan. It's a crime that this hotel is listed on booking.com and I want my money back. Photos of the room are not accurate.
Where are the good reviews for this place coming from, not in the room we stayed.

Misleading photos and rundown hotel

Cons:

The pictures were very misleading. The room is tiny and there is not space for four people to sleep. The futon beds, which were not clearly show in the photos, were very uncomfortable. We left a day early.

享受溫泉的好地點
Pros:

距離熱海車站步行約10分鐘。
走到海灘約10分鐘。
交通上算是便利，但坡很多，行動不方便或有大型行李的旅人需留意。
頂樓的私人景觀溫泉很讚！共有兩間，手機掃描qrcode可以看現在是否有空位，非旺季、非煙火節基本上都是隨時空位。
房間內附有瓦斯爐、電鍋、流理臺、熱水壺、冰箱，可以自行簡單料理。
有提供延長線，不用擔心插座不夠。
塌塌米日式地板，需自行鋪棉被，非常有日式氛圍。
陽台可以看到一些海景。

房內浴室偏小沒有放衣服的空間。

Do not stay here, the pictures are a lie.
Pros:

I liked that it was the front desk was efficient.

Cons:

The room and entire building was quite dirty. The elevator carpet seemed like a soggy and tired dying animal. The room was infested with bugs and even cockroach. The funtons were stained. The walls were also stained. The whole building felt decrepit and slowly crumbling apart. The front desk was also condescending to foreigners, who despite speaking fluent Japanese are spoken to as if one is an idiot. Your view outside the room is dirty underwear and clothes from other long term guests and I can't imagine if they even clean the onsen on the roof. Just awful.

Seems all lodging is expensive in the area, and even though this property shows its age it was very tolerable for a quic
Pros:

Clean, fresh towels and amenities, close to everything you want to walk to and see. Tatami mats in good condition, private bathroom always a plus for Westerners. All lights, appliances, etc. worked as needed.

Cons:

Gives the vibe of rundown and outdated. Futon mattresses are very thin.

頂樓的浴室真的超棒，如果凌晨去泡湯一定是又是一番美景。房內的榻榻米和床鋪很有氛圍。

Private open air bath with beautiful oceanside view
Pros:

Best part of the property is the open air private onsen bath overlooking the water in Atami! I enjoyed the Kai one. They have a website where you can check which baths are closed/open updating real time.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit difficult to access given the hilly nature of the land (not wheelchair accessible).
