Important information:

The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. A receipt will be provided upon check-out.

To eat breakfast and/or dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance.

Kitchenware has limited availability and is lent out to guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

From 24:00-07:00, guests must use a PIN number provided by the hotel to enter the building.

The hours of operation for each open-air bath is as follows:
- Rooftop open-air bath with a view: 06:00-9:30 and 15:00-24:00
- Private semi open-air bath: 15:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00; available on a first-come, first-served basis.)
- Private spa bath: 15:00-23:00 (last admission 22:00; available on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Extra Japanese futon bedding can be provided at an additional fee.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Private open air bath with beautiful oceanside view
Pros:

Best part of the property is the open air private onsen bath overlooking the water in Atami! I enjoyed the Kai one. They have a website where you can check which baths are closed/open updating real time.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit difficult to access given the hilly nature of the land (not wheelchair accessible).

スタッフの方が丁寧で優しい。

Pros:

部屋は貸しアパートの様なところで清潔感とか使いやすさロケーションは低いが歩いて10分で熱海駅まで行けてアクセスは良かったです‼️
朝食の干物を自分で焼いて食べれたのも良かったし、品数は少ないけどどれもとても美味しかったです。

布団の下にマットレスがあったら良かった。朝
、起きたとき背中が痛かったです。部屋に椅子が欲しかった。

超級爽，冬天去頂樓獨享露天溫泉♨️也不用排隊，店家的網路顯示系統是天才設計。而且因為是舊公寓改建，房間很大可以開行李，非常開心非常滿意

還算可以，很乾淨不過旅館本身比較舊一點。
