Cons:

Tinha uma pessoa fumando em nosso andar, pedi para trocar de quarto e fui atendida somente no outro dia, pois não tinha apartamento disponível, porém fomos para um quarto que tinha uma tábua/ mesa que pegava uma parte da cama, chegava ser perigoso bater a cabeça.
