Excellent night stay as always. We will of course be back next year!
Pros:

We always attend this hotel when we celebrate our anniversary. We missed the last couple of years and it was lovely to be back. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained.
The staff as always were super attentive. Amazing breakfast too!

Cons:

One very minor point with the room lighting. The light for the bathroom wasn’t the one closest to the bathroom. Meaning the main room light was often switched on through the night when using the bathroom. Again this is extremely minor and not a major issue but honestly the only thing that stood out.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and lovely location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely part of town by the river and around different cosy little bars and restaurants. Very easy for taxis to drop off yet quiet. It has a choice of two bars/restaurants in the same building. Also, every member of staff, from the bar staff in both bars, every member of staff I came into contact with was lovely! Especially Nancy on reception, she was lovely and so friendly from the get go. A real credit to the hotel! And the free cookie at check in a great touch and made me and friend feel immediately at home and welcome.

Cons:

I liked everything the only thing I found abit “meh” was having to go downstairs and ask for a bottle of water 2 times during my stay because the rooms didn’t have any in. But as I say, that’s the only meh thing about the whole stay.

Pros:

the room was comfortable & clean. location was great, breakfast was excellent with a great choice for all. we used the sky lounge at night which was very nice.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

It's the second time we've visited & the hotel is firmly on our list. From check-in to leaving, everything was great. The luggage storage facility is a plus as it means that you can make the most of the time you have. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable with a canal side view. Finally, the breakfast was lovely with a wide choice.

It was a very brief stay to celebrate a 21st Birthday but wished we'd stayed longer.
Pros:

Location is a few minutes walk from the Train Station. The hotel Room as always is very clean and comfortable. This is the first time I went to the Sky Bar and was delighted with the staff and Beers on Tap, plus the views. Breakfast had a great selection of choice plus you could order from a menu. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Leeds.
