Excellent value for money, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Location is fantastic, next to the canal and waterfront but a short walk from the main Railway Station and city Centre amenities.
Check in was easy and the room clean and well appointed. Soundproofing was excellent, important given the location near to water front night life and the railway.
Breakfast was good, with a wide range of products to suit all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't dine in the hotel (there are lots of alternative options in the vicinity. We did drink in the Sky Bar, where prices reflected the superb aerial view of the city.

Cons:

Nothing really.
We were lucky and parked easily in the car park opposite. There is not a lot of parking relative tp the size of the hotel, so this might be one to watch .
Otherwise, a really great stay and we look forward to returning.

Convenient to City and accessing transport. The Hotel & rooms clean, Staff very helpful & pleasant.
Pros:

We liked the room overlooking the canal. The location near to the station was easy to get to other places plus being very near the City.
We were able to watch our family member run the half marathon in Headingly. Helpful to store ur luggage after checking it before needing to get to the station to return to London.

Cons:

It was very difficult to hear the television the volume button only had one click up or mute. Sir David Attenbourgh’s 100th Celebration at The Royal Albert Hall was on but I could hardly hear what was being said which was dissapointing.
