Pros:

The location and access to the area, restaurants and shopping

Cons:

The rooms were really small. There was only the king size bed and we could barely fit our luggage in the room

el lugar es muy lindo, funcional, excelente ubicación

Cons:

la habitación "presidencial" planta baja es muy grande , confortable , perfecta para trabajar , tener juntas, hasta para pedir a domicilio y comer ahi etc, pero tiene un ruido como de una alarma que es prácticamente imposible dormir ahi, tuve que cambiarme de habitacion, que igual sonaba con menos intensidad, pero seguía ese ruido que al parecer, es un tema de su aires acondicionados

Localização e limpeza.

Cons:

Da rigidez das regras. Fiz uma reserva pra 9 noites e, por causa de um cancelamento de voo, perdi a primeira. Avisei com 7 dias de antecedência, assim que fui notificado e não me restituiram uma diária como forma de cortesia já que ficaria mais oito noites, o que não é comum.
Além disso, solicitei um late check-out até às 14hs, e só me deram até às 12hs.
E por fim, como não estava conseguindo ser atendido por um motorista de aplicativo na hora de ir para o aeroporto, mesmo vendo meu nervosismo, a funcionária foi zero prestativa. Se limitou a dizer que o motorista que os atende só chegaria em 50 min, o que obviamente não me atendia.

NO PUDIMOS DORMIR con un ruido del Aire acondiconado toda la noche.

Habia un aire acondicionado que hacia ruido. Pero mucho, no nos dejo dormir en today la noche. Y en nuestra segunda noche le dijimos a la de recepcion si podia porfavor ayudanros y nos dijo que apagaramos el aire… esa fue su solucion. Y me dijo que iba a checarlo y ahorita nos avisana que podia hacer y nunca nos aviso nada
