Everything else was ok except for the housekeeping standards
Cons:

Housekeeping is not quite expected. When we enter, noticed that there was crumbs on the dining chair, and there was a piece of tissue paper on the master bedroom floor below the curtain.

Pros:

It’s was pretty bad experience. The room door wasn’t able to be locked , change to another room and the lock was also faulty .

Floors tiles were damaged at the lift area

Stayed for 3days 2 night ..1st night ok , 2nd night was nightmare scary n make it me crazy no electricity in the room very hot cant sleep try many time direct call use my hndphone but nobody pickup phone to let me know what is going on if blackout or others not inform any notice to guest, had to cancel my holiday check out by 2am , met Duty Manager at front office , ask him why n what happend with this hotel but he very annoying and just told upon check in suppose receptionist already inform all the guest that was 20 August 2025 will be power outage by TNB , if early inform we noticed it but so dissappointed nobody inform😏 this is my first and last to check in this hotel and bad view in my life!!!

We stayed there because we were attending an event at the hotel. But given a second visit, I doubt.
Pros:

Good spread, but extremely limited option for vegetarian.

Cons:

We had dinner at Delish, ordered Melaka Nonya laksa and Korean Wanton Noodles. Laksa was tasteless and when enquired with the chef, he asked to add salt. The wanton noodles were clumpy, obviously in both cases, there seem lacking in passion in preparing the food. As a 4 star property catering for business and leisure, at least one of your restaurant should serve alcohol.
