Très bien.
Pros:

Grande chambre, bons équipements, café et petites choses à manger proposées le matin.
À 5min à pied du terminal de bus.

Pros:

The room was spacious.
Toilets outside of the shower.
Netflix possible.

Cons:

The receptionist was no help, no instruction on how Netflix worked we had to figure it out.

The towels are too small to use to dry your body, not a standard in any hotel i have been.

It was quite far from the touristic center (min 40-45min walking).

Awful filthy hotel. Do not stay here
Pros:

Not much. It was close to the Bibimbap festival and the express bus terminal

Cons:

It was filthy. Blood on the wall, hole in the wall, leaking toilet. AC did not work. Dirty furniture. Very hard beds, uncomfortable pillows, plastic mattress warmer under the sheets that made it even more uncomfortable and sweaty. Loud outside and it is very likely a love hotel not a business hotel. Area is filled with love hotels.
