Room was a good size but furniture (eg bed) in disrepair. Good lift at back of restaurant to get to different floors.
One of our party (we had 7 rooms) had major bed bug issues. Rooms were a bit sad looking and accommodation was the only one to deduct full accommodation from my VISA card rather than allow us to pay individually in cash

Location was great but nothing else was worth mentioning, at least for the Deluxe Room with Window.
Poor upkeep overall. Stained sheets, clogged washbasin, leaky pipes, AC remote without display, broken drawers and many other notable small things that just reflected lack of concern to maintain the quality of the room.
The Khamer staff were really nice and I can see that they are just receiving instructions from whoever the owner is without supervision.
There are certainly other options for the similar price range where the rooms are way better maintained. Just avoid staying here is all I can say. The rooms were not in hygienic but completely unkept and I maintained. First room I was given smelt like cigarette smoke but got the room changed upon request thankfully because there was an availability else I would have had to endure the discomfort of a smoke room.
It all went well. The first time I chose New Season was location. I go back for all the other reasons, good rooms and good people. The bonus this time was that the gentleman at the front desk fixed a problem I was having with my phone!
The city workers are decorating the streets for water festival and it partially blocked my view of the river.

Bathroom was alright.
The bed was very hard. The pillows were lumpy and messed up. Staff were very rude and angry that I wanted to keep the Aircon on while I stepped out for 10 min.
Owned by Indians who employ Khmer staff. That right there is a language barrier. The Indian owner would get mad at the young Khmer staff often. I paid for a Riverview. I got windows facing an alleyway.
I would t stay here again for the price unpaid
