The receptionist was unwelcoming, there was no remote control for the air conditioning in the room, the receptionist took the remote control back because it was being used in other rooms, the sheets were torn, there were cockroaches in the room and so on....

Room was a good size but furniture (eg bed) in disrepair. Good lift at back of restaurant to get to different floors.
One of our party (we had 7 rooms) had major bed bug issues. Rooms were a bit sad looking and accommodation was the only one to deduct full accommodation from my VISA card rather than allow us to pay individually in cash
