There was nothing I liked about the facility
I didn’t like the fact when we checked in there was police outside then when we got to our rooms, they were dirty with dog hair all over the beds and then we found trash and used Band-Aids underneath our bed for the next morning
Location was convenient to shopping and to the National Park.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We reserved our room about six hours in advance after a long day of driving and arrived late that evening expecting a clean, safe place to sleep.
The problems started before we even got inside. One of the side entrance doors was unsecured and open to the public. A handwritten sign taped to the door stated that the key card reader was broken and that no key card was needed to enter, which was a major security concern.
The stairwell leading to the second floor smelled strongly of mold. Once we reached our room, the door would not open properly even after the key card reader indicated access was granted. The only way to get in was by holding the door handle in the upward position while opening it.
The room itself smelled heavily of mold, and the carpet was damp. Although the bathroom appeared mostly clean, there were two dead bugs. One in the sink and another on the floor. The white towels were dingy and smelled unclean. The furniture was dusty, the TV remote was broken, requiring the TV to be operated manually, and the bed sheets appeared to have been previously used, with visible dirt or debris at the foot of the bed. To make matters worse, the walls had brown streaks running down them that looked like years of nicotine residue.
We paid $146 for one night, but the room was so unsanitary and uncomfortable that we chose to sleep in our truck tent instead of staying in the room. For the price charged, this condition is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
Good location
Dusty, smell in the room. Carpet needed to have been cleaned.
Breakfast was good. Coffee needed refills quicker. Bed was comfortable.
The hotel needs some updates (painting etc.) No premium channels or streaming apps on tv.

With the property being in an industrial area, it was a little noisy. Not too bad though.
It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Lo más decepcionante fue que, a pesar de tener una reservación confirmada, al llegar me informaron que no había habitaciones disponibles porque varias estaban fuera de servicio. Tuve que pagar un Uber para trasladarme hasta el hotel y nadie me avisó con anticipación que no podrían cumplir con mi reserva. Esto me ocasionó gastos, pérdida de tiempo, estrés y una muy mala experiencia.
Very clean place, room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent and made sure to get you what you needed in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again when i visit my friends & family.
The fridge wasnt plugged up but we were able to figure it out so our drinks would be cold.
