Overall it was a good stay for us.
Pros:

Good value. Lovely sea view.

Cons:

The bathroom was very run down and in need of a make over. Had to pay £7.50/night for parking!

Nice but why charge extra for parking?
Pros:

The location, staff were ok but not over enthusiastic. The building was nice and the room was clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee.

Cons:

Again extra for parking, why? Staff could of been a bit friendlier but they weren't rude. Room a little bit "boxy" and the shower was neigh impossible to use.

It’s was ok for what we needed
Pros:

Location was good and it was clean. Lovely evening reception attendant who was a help in the evening when we had an issue. A lovely young lady in the breakfast area, very pleasant and helpful with all guests.

Cons:

Carpark was charged for on arrival but I don’t see that on booking.com
Male Reception staff was very snappy when asked a question while checking in and quite rude.
