Good food and staff
Pros:

The only real highlight of our stay was the staff — Pawan, Neeraj, and Sachin were extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout. They genuinely tried their best to make guests comfortable.
However, the hotel itself has serious issues. The approaching road to the property is broken, unsafe, and quite dangerous, especially for families and vehicles. Reaching the hotel itself became stressful.
The bathrooms were another major problem. They smelled terrible all the time, and even after keeping the exhaust fan on continuously, the foul smell never went away. It made the stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Pros:

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—it really added to the experience. The only downside was the road leading to the hotel, which was quite damaged and a bit difficult to drive on.

Pros:

One of the best stays! All of the staffs were very helpful and tried their best to make us feel at home. Rooms were very well maintained, washrooms were clean, rooms are with heating,also the location was very good, not at all far from bus stand and subhash chowk. Altogether a great place to stay in Dalhousie. Highly recommended!

Pros:

I am recently visit Dalhousie.. And I stay here.. This property is so nice ..staff was so good and polite really impressive, but little bit offbeat from buspark.. Walking distance aprox 10 minutes from busstsnd
