Pros:

ძალიან კარგი გამოცდილება გვქონდა. მასპინძელი ძალიან თბილი და მეგობრული ადამიანი იყო, ყოველთვის კონტაქტზე იყო და როგორც ჩექ-ინის, ისე ჩექ-აუთის დროს ყურადღება მოგვაქცია. კომუნიკაცია მარტივი და სასიამოვნო იყო. ბინა სუფთა და მოწესრიგებული დაგვხვდა, და ყველაფერია რაც საჭიროა, მათ შორის სამზარეულოც. აუცილებლად გავუწევ რეკომენდაციას. 👍

Gostei muito do apartamento, fiquei alojada 2 semenas sem complicações,, só faltou cabides no armatio, e colhetrs e gargos , copos na cozinha, mesmo assim foi agradável recomendo esse apartamento, da para familia com 2 filhos, ou 2 casais, tem quartos separados.🫠🫠🫠

Pros:

La struttura è a circa 300 metri da piazza Taksim. E' situato su una stradina poco trafficata a breve distanza di alcuni ristorantini

Non corrisponde alla descrizione di Booking. La camera ha due letti matrimoniali e un divano letto singolo. Non erano state fatte le pulizie, solo due letti matrimoniali erano stati fatti. Le pulizie erano praticamente assenti in cucina e la struttura non corrispondeva alle descrizioni. In cucina vi erano quattro forchette, due coltelli, tre cucchiaini e due sole sedie per cinque persone, nella lavatrice vi erano indumenti dei precedenti occupanti. Il bagno era sporco, anzi lercio. La caldaia non ha modo di regolare il riscaldamento percui alla notte ero costretto a spegnerla per non morire di caldo. Al nostro arrivo, pur avendo prenotato per cinque un letto non risultava fatto. Mia figlia, la prima notte ha dormito con il solo lenzuolo reperito in loco. Casualmente ho incontrato la donna delle pulizie il giorno seguente che mi ha fornito quanto necessario per il quinto ospite. Da evitare, non è un appartamento per cinque, nemmeno per 4.

Great Location, Minimal Kitchen
Pros:

The location is great, walking distance to Taksim Square and all the amazing neighborhoods over there. The rooftop terrace is a major bonus-really nice sunrises and sunsets. The shower is nice and hot with great water pressure. The host was friendly and responsive. There is a super cool purple heart shaped armchair.

Cons:

The kitchen is not well stocked. No cooking utensils, chopping knives, dish towels, etc. Just some random plates, silverware, and pots. We had no way to cook meals which is one of the main reasons we chose the apartment. Such a shame, it’s a nice enough place and with minimal effort it could be great

有个冰箱，有个灶台（不能煮饭，可以煮面），房间挺干净，暖气也很足，看起来和图片差不多，位置就在塔克西姆地铁站十分钟的地方

Öncelikle herkese teşekkür ederim , özellikle Hayal ablaya bize çok yardımcı oldular. Personel çok yardımseverdi . Odalar temiz ,geniş ve konumu taksime 5 dk mesafede yer alıyor. Sakin bir mahalle ,Bir sözle mükemmel , kısmet olursa yeniden seçimimiz bura olacak

Saubere und günstige Bleibe, wenn man nicht zu viele Ansprüche hat.
Pros:

Ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Taksim-Platz entfernt, gute Anbindung an Bus und Metro.
Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, durchlüften auch möglich (Straßenseite zu Innenhof).

Cons:

Stiegenaufgang ist sehr eng, wie eine Wendeltreppe.
Beim Warmwasserboiler tropft das Sicherheitsventil und es muss alle 2 Tage Wasser nachgefüllt werden (Stellschraube kurz aufdrehen). Aber vielleicht wechselt der Besitzer das jetzt aus...(?)

Great service delivery. keeping our luggage x four bags while we went to Jordan for 48 hours rocked
Pros:

For the price we paid the venue exceeded our expectation for a family of four. The staff were exceptional in helping to keep our bags. This is Nkhina a five star perfect holiday hang out BUT a brilliant find on this budget range to keep costs down and get you into Istanbul
