Once again, there was no hot water for a morning shower. This is a recurring issue, and reporting it only gets dismissive responses like "trouble with the boiler today" instead of an apology or a fix. Basic amenities shouldn't be a daily gamble.

Nice overnight stay but missed breakfast
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, ideal location for catching a flight the next day

Cons:

Cooked breakfast not served until 7.30 . I booked bed and breakfast but had to leave by 7.30 to catch flight. Don't believe this was explained on booking or arrival
