Best staycation for kids
Pros:

Our daughter loved the facilities especially the playroom with the rock climbing wall and the outdoor playground. We all loved strolling along their spacious lawn and gardens. We enjoyed using the swimming pools. The bicycles need maintenance, most of them had flat tires and loose screws, a wheel fell off while my kid was riding it too. We especially loved the outdoor movie with bonfire, and free popcorn!

Food was excellent, staff were helpful. Special mention to the male staff who ran and got us a first aid kit when he saw our daughter had an accident while riding the bike, we appreciate all your efforts, sorry I didnt catch his name.

Also thanks to the frontdesk staff for letting us check in early!

Cons:

There was a group of basball players taking a smoke just right beside the playground :( we dont like our kid breathing cigarette smoke so we waited for them to go away but it took them a while so we just went back to our room and some time was wasted :(

I was expecting a buffet breakfast on a weekend since thats what ive read on social media reviews but there wasnt any, we were only offered plated breakfast. It was alright though, food was still good.

Our room was really nice, bathroom was really tiny though and the shower filter needs replacement, it was turning black already, we used the rain shower instead.

The Mansio hotel far exceeded our expectations. Plan to return early next year for another stay.

The perfect place in Clark if you want a stress-free and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The polite and pleasant staff, the delicious breakfast buffet, the ample parking space, the game room, the clean facilities, the world-class baseball fields, and the beautiful room.

Cons:

There was no roof over the walkway leading to the game and play rooms. It often rains when we stay at the hotel.

i didn’t like that we as guess could not have our families visit with us in the Villas. we come from far n our families that we haven’t seen in along time were not allowed. that was so wrong

Perfect for families!
Pros:

This might be the best place we've stayed as a family. It is so good for kids. The location is amazing with pools, a game room, a little kids room, a playground (with a trampoline!), bikes, open grassy areas, and a walking path. We didn't want to leave!

Cons:

The breakfast was very good, we loved it! But I think the lunch and dinner food could be better. A lot of it looked good but seemed to lack flavor. If that could be improved I'd say this is a 10 out of 10.

Very pleased with the staff and amenities.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to fix a couple issues "one issue out of their control" I'm very please with their service.

Cons:

Internet issues "not specifically the hotels fault" but in Philippines as a general rule you can expect issues.
