The hotel in general was fine, but don’t eat the breakfast. 😀
Pros:

Conveniently located close to the port for ferries, and within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, cafes, and the promenade. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Despite booking a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together with single linen. After complaining, we were moved to a room with a proper double bed.

Hot water was a persistent issue throughout our four-night stay. We shower twice a day and raised the problem with staff — it worked adequately once after they looked into it, but remained cold the rest of the time.

Housekeeping was non-existent. Over four days, our room was never serviced — no fresh bed linen, no towel replacements, and no toilet paper replenished.

The breakfast is described on this platform as fabulous — it is anything but. The buffet selection is very limited, there was no juice available even when requested, the only cereal on offer was cornflakes, and the scrambled eggs arrived cold (though they did make a fresh batch when I asked).

That was just the first morning. What followed was far more serious. On the second morning, my partner was about to eat her scrambled eggs when she discovered a maggot cooked into them — visible in pieces throughout. She understandably couldn’t eat and felt unwell for the rest of the day. She photographed it and brought it to the waitress. I had already finished mine and, frankly, haven’t felt great since. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel again.

Fabulous breakfast? Not quite. 😄

Near the port, very clean, excellent staff
Pros:

This hotel is just walking distance from the port of Dumaguete, perfect if you’re catching a ferry going to Siquijor. Room is very clean and highly commend the staff for being very accommodating. Will definitelt recommend and stay here again.

Pros:

Decent coffee shop at front of location, although pricey. Staff tried tgeir best to be helpful.

Cons:

Having to ask for a bed change & room refresh & toilet rolls. Even after leaving the clean bedding sign on the bed as it instructs you to do, we had nobody come into the room so on the 3rd day we had to prompt them and request the basics, including fresh bedding, towels, ectra toilet roll & bins being emptied. Very limited breakfast options, especially if you are not a local.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und sauberes Hotel direkt am Hafen von Dumaguete. Wir haben das Zimmer für ein Layover benutzt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wer möchte kann hier auch eine Massage buchen oder das leckere Frühstücksbuffet genießen! Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Pros:

This store has very new and clean facilities. It's 500 meters away from the pier and can be reached on foot. The restaurant on the fifth floor has dinner and it's also very good. We were catching a flight at 5:30 in the morning and they helped us pack breakfast. When visiting Dumaguete, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers excellent value for money

Outstanding Staff.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel treated me like family. I don't travel that much and this is my first time in the Philippines, but I have never had a better experience anywhere. The room was nice and everything worked but their was some cosmetic defects. What makes this place is the team. Fantastic job!

Cons:

Their wasn't anything I didn't like but they don't have a pool and it's a little hard to find. Also a couple minor cosmetic defects.

Would hesitate to recommend this hotel
Pros:

Cleanliness..

Cons:

Hot water wasn’t working ..reported it but never fixed ..during my 3day stay.
Guests weren’t informed that bagged breakfast is available for those having to miss breakfast due to early tour schedules
Massage therapist asking for different price than the advertised fee. Front end was informed but nothing was followed up .
