Pros:

This store has very new and clean facilities. It's 500 meters away from the pier and can be reached on foot. The restaurant on the fifth floor has dinner and it's also very good. We were catching a flight at 5:30 in the morning and they helped us pack breakfast. When visiting Dumaguete, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers excellent value for money

Outstanding Staff.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel treated me like family. I don't travel that much and this is my first time in the Philippines, but I have never had a better experience anywhere. The room was nice and everything worked but their was some cosmetic defects. What makes this place is the team. Fantastic job!

Cons:

Their wasn't anything I didn't like but they don't have a pool and it's a little hard to find. Also a couple minor cosmetic defects.

Pros:

Trevliga rum, fräscht och sköna sängar. Trevlig personal! Närheten till piren för båt till bohol och Siquijor.

Would hesitate to recommend this hotel
Pros:

Cleanliness..

Cons:

Hot water wasn’t working ..reported it but never fixed ..during my 3day stay.
Guests weren’t informed that bagged breakfast is available for those having to miss breakfast due to early tour schedules
Massage therapist asking for different price than the advertised fee. Front end was informed but nothing was followed up .

The staff are amazing, great communication and prompt response.
Pros:

The property is clean and spacious and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. They were also very accommodating with our pick-up and drop off request. We had an early ferry to Siquijor and they kindly packed us our breakfast which we had on the ferry and it was delicious. Overall great communication and a 5 star service from all the staff. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel

Very new property. Will stay here again.
Pros:

Generous inclusions - including good quality towels and bedding. Easy access by walking with luggage (70 year old) to ferry terminal to Siquijor.

Saubere und professionelle Unterkunft, sehr schönes Zimmer

Die Umgebung, allerdings war es bis zum Rizal Boulevard nicht sehr weit
