Świetna opcja poza sezonem
Pros:

Najmocniejszą stroną hotelu jest uśmiechnięty i przyjazny wszystkim personel (Paula, Francesca i JuanPa - pozdrawiam:). Lokalizacja nad samym morzem to również duży atut. Mocną stroną jest również kuchnia, wspaniałe potrawy z kuchni całego świata i ogromny wybór. Bardzo ciekawe animacje prowadzone z dużym zaangażowaniem przez wykonawców (m.in koncerty rockowe 🤘). Samo miasteczko jest również w miarę spokojne, w porównaniu np z kurtortami w stylu Władysławowa w zatoce Alcudia.

Cons:

Mimo, że hotel stwarza wrażenie kameralnego na zdjęciach w rzeczywistości jest to hotel z bardzo dużą ilością pokoi. Przewija się tam sporo ludzi. W sezonie może być ciężko o prawdziwy wypoczynek. Można go polecić przede wszystkim rodzinom z małymi dziećmi. Poza sezonem - kwiecień, październik można jeszcze znaleźć miejsce dla siebie z dala od krzyczących nad uchem maluchów. Niezbyt podobała mi się plaża obok hotelu - jest nastawiona na zawodowe uprawianie sportów, cała w boiskach do siatkówki ( w okresie , wspaniałe którym tam byłem było prowadzonych wiele obozów sportowych w okolicznych hotelach)

Pros:

Czystość, ogólnie hotel ma już swoje lata, ale serwis i obsługa zacierają wrażenie zestarzenia się pokoi i budynków. Idealny dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

Cons:

Niestety - bo hotel robi super wrażenie - jedyna uwaga do kuchni. Zdarza się czekać na dania, gdyż szybko zostają rozdysponowane a nie pojawia się dokładka; no i warzywa są trochę nieestetycznie podane (pomidor pokrojony w ćwiartki…), plus przeszedłem małe zatrucie pokarmowe (ale tutaj nie wiem co było powodem, może to tylko mój przypadek).

Average stay, lovely nature
Pros:

The surroundings are nice, beautiful nature, possibility to sit under pines with a gorgeous view, possibility to do some snorkling, good food at the beach bar (not owned by hotel). We had only breakfast and dinner included, food was good quality. However, we were happy we did not take all inclusive and enjoyed nearby restaurants, as AI price was unreasonable.

Cons:

Though beds were comfortable, they were easily moving during the night with extra sounds. Parents bedroom had strange smell, aircon was very loud so we just opened doors to the kids room, were aircon was silent. Our bedroom window was looking directly at the internal corridor, which was loud since early morning due to cleaning by the staff. Though the room had a fridge, it did not have any kettle, plates or cups. Just glasses for water. Maybe for AI scenario it is ok, but for us it was not entirely convenient. Last night of our stay we had pipes failure, and all the smelly stuff from the shower rose to our room, it was taken care of quickly though. What we were disappointed about - swimming pools. Too small for that size of hotel. It looked more like soup.. We tried it only once. Kids club was also a bit of a disappointment. Its not a disadvantage, but in general you could think you are in Germany, since 99,5 percent of guests were german :)
