Great size room, breakfast very good
Good hotel close to business park, very good Japanese restaurant next to hotel, good breakfast.
Air-con very noisy, had to turn off to be able to sleep
Its location. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Comfortable bed.
Water pressure is low, fluctuating hot/cold water.
No elevator. Quality of the bed sheets/blankets could use an upgrade.
Fast check-in. Professional staff. Correct Breakfast. Large room. The location, beside the Aquino museum and multiple restaurants. The hotel has a high standard in terms of quality compared to the other ones.
Beyond the hotel cleanliness, I was consistently impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were readily available to assist with any questions or requests, and their positive attitudes contributed significantly to a positive overall experience.
The location was perfect, near the stores (Robinsons) and restaurants (McDonalds, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Red Ribbon, Starbucks etc..)
Less traffic and crowd.
The hotel water heater was slow to heat and often failed to provide hot water at all.
Breakfast options were also limited.
The breakfast was satisfactory and the hotel's location is excellent and easy to find.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which has resulted in considerable noise. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room was both dirty and unpleasantly odorous. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, as there were numerous hairs left behind by the previous guest.
