Gute Lage und geräumig
Pros:

Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Geräumig und gute Ausstattung, wenn auch etwas abgenutzt.

Cons:

Das Appartement war etwas abgewohnt und braucht dringend eine Renovierung.

Limpio, cerca del Roig Arena andando
Pros:

Apartamento muy bien organizado para lo pequeño que es, con capacidad para 6 personas, limpio y decorado con gusto. Ubicado en una zona tranquila y a tan solo 6 minutos del Roig Arena. Los dos sofás- cama de tamaño doble y la cama doble, muy cómodos. La cocina, pequeña, forma parte del salón, no le dimos uso. Tiene dos armarios para ropa/abrigos, pero no para maletas. El baño, con ducha amplia y un termo que dura bastante.

Cons:

El altillo donde se ubica la cama, aunque es práctico, no te puedes poner de pie. El apartamento no está insonorizado, por lo que se escucha el ventilador del baño del vecino y los coches y el ruido de la calle, pero al ser una zona bastante tranquila, a nosotros solo nos pasó 2 veces.

Un lugar increíble y de diseño pero le falta una vuelta.
Pros:

El diseño con tan pocos metros, el menaje de cocina, se agradece secador, la ducha por su presión y agua caliente, el entorno en la ciudad, la comunicación con Andrés y la posibilidad de aparcamiento gratuito cercano.

Cons:

El descanso fue bastante malo, la luz entra por la puerta desde que amanece, la fachada da a la entrada de un instituto y desde las 07:30 se escuchaban a los chavales como si estuviesen dentro, lo cual no entiendo porque las ventanas y puerta son de calidad pero no está bien aislado con respecto al ruido, y nos faltó ropa de cama (nórdicos) del tamaño de las camas. Además de los anteriores inquilinos se nos quedó un globo de fiesta encima de un armario.
