I wish I stayed somewhere else truly!
Pros:

All the employees were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The property wasn’t clean and wasn’t as luxurious as it claims to be!
Few things were broken in the room plus we had too many insects on a daily basis.

First time in Sapanca…
Pros:

i liked the room, staff are very friendly and respectful.

the tea time is perfect, it was the best tea i have ever tasted in my life, it was different, i hope i can get the name of the tea brand so i can purchase it.

and there is an entertainment center for children, gaming consoles, arcade for the kids, etc…

Cons:

I booked a room with Jacuzzi, but after i checked in i found that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. it was just like a bathtub.

i found slippers in the closet, i used them, when i checked out they told me that i have to pay for the slippers!! it was in the closet with nothing mention about buying it. i found it there so i thought its for free to take. but unfortunately i had to pay for it.

other than that i have enjoyed

the staff frienfly .. the breakfast is good

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room is not clean..the cup was dirty and the kettle was filled with water..the bathroom smelled of sink..the curtain was torn..and below that there are insects in the room that we don't know where they come from..and we noticed that the cleaners didn’t wipe the floor, the floor remains dirty.
