Emplacement super, tente confortable, ambiance très sympathique en petit comité. Personnel sur place très agréable
- De devoir payer des frais de 50€/personne OBLIGATOIRES en plus du prix de la nuit pour être emmenés au camp + balade en dromadaire (même si vous en faites pas) et être prévenus 2 jours avant l'arrivée donc pas le choix de payer.
- et boissons (soda + eau + café) payants lors du dîner. Prix de 2 fantas + 1 bouteille eau : 10€. Ce qui me paraît un peu cher.

It was a very windy day—so windy that sand and dust filled the air, making everything look like a fog. Because of this, I was doubting until the very last moment whether it was worth spending the money to go into the desert, but at the last second, I decided: I’m going! I didn’t regret it for a moment. The wind died down, and by nightfall, it stopped completely, and the magic began. I won’t write about the Sahara itself—that’s a separate story—but as for this camp, everything was organized brilliantly.
The meeting point was at a Riad where they kept my motorcycle in a safe place overnight, served me tea, and offered snacks like nuts and such. Then, they whisked me and my bags away to the camp. The ride was a blast; the driver was singing and keeping the energy high while delivering an awesome drive over the dunes against the backdrop of camels and the setting sun. After sunset at the camp, there was a wonderful dinner, followed by drums, songs, and dancing by the campfire. In the morning, we watched the sunrise, followed by a traditional Moroccan buffet breakfast. As soon as I said I was ready to head back, a 4x4 picked me up and took me back to my motorcycle. Everything was perfectly organized.
Not exactly "cons," but things other guests should keep in mind to avoid disappointment:
1. Transfer Fee: There is a mandatory fee for the ride from the Riad to the camp. Every camp has this; it’s not cheap, so discuss it in advance so you’re prepared and don’t get upset if it doesn’t suit your budget.
2, Connectivity: Technically there is Wi-Fi, but in reality, there’s almost none. Furthermore, mobile data barely works either. It’s the desert—you have to understand that, and surely you didn't come here for the internet anyway?
3. Power: There are two USB charging ports in the tents but no 220V outlets. If you need to charge multiple devices, bring a USB hub. If you need to charge something via a 220V plug (like a laptop), you can do so in the main dining tent where breakfast and dinner are served.
L’accueil, la gentillesse des hôtes.
La pollution environnante (à l’extérieur). C’est un constat global. Le Maroc a beaucoup à faire pour la gestion des déchets et c’est bien d’en prendre conscience.
It was a wonderful luxury camping experience. The vibes were great, with campfire and songs in the night. We felt safe and comfortable out in the desert, under the stars. In the morning, we just needed to take a little hike up the nearest sand dune to catch the sunrise.

El personal muy amable y el transporte en 4x4 hasta el campamento estuvo muy bien. También muy bonito la puesta del sol en las dunas que te llevan en camello. Las habitaciones estaban bien.
Pues la sorpresa que te llevas cuando se acerca la fecha y tienes que pagar unos 50€ por persona para el traslado en vehículo hasta el campamento. La cena, horrorosa. Típica comida marroquí, fría y quemada y no había otra opción ni para los niños. El desayuno escaso., casi nada, una tortilla francesa con especies para 3 personas....

Una notte nel deserto, in un camp meraviglioso: non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio.
I ragazzi del camp sono splendidi, cena e colazione abbondanti, la tenda bellissima e completa di ogni comfort. In più eravamo solo noi… quindi ci siamo sentiti davvero come un re e una regina 👑
Vorremmo già tornarci.

Mon expérience dans ce camp de luxe a été un véritable moment fort de mon voyage. Le camp allie confort et authenticité, avec des tentes élégantes en plein cœur du Sahara. L'équipe a fait tout son possible pour rendre chaque instant inoubliable, du service de délicieux repas traditionnels aux récits au coin du feu. Le lever du soleil sur les dunes dorées était surréaliste, et le silence du désert était incroyablement paisible. C'est une expérience qui vous marque longtemps après votre départ.

This accomodation is a scam. I booked a night there for 2 people for 30 euro in total. And just when we were reaching the place, we got info, that we have to pay additional 55euro per person and can get some extra services (camel ride, transportation, sandboarding, berber show after dinner) - even without using the services, we had to pay the extra charge - it is 3x more expensive additional charges. We planned our trip to visit this place, looking forward, this was not a fair deal, if they wrote it directly, if it was mentioned that extra charges are required at the place (and they are not low charges), we would plan our trip differently. The accomodation has misleadingly good rating.
All was perfect!! The staff was very helpful!We really enjoy the experience of Merzouga Dessert!
